The apartment was fine! They came to clean the room each Monday. Also, whenever I had a question I simply wrote an E-Mail to them and they were replying really fast. The kitchen was well organized and had two pieces of each.
Unfortunately when I was there, they had a big renovation going on at the same time. Therefore, it was a bit loud sometimes. However, because of the construction work I had troubles finding the right entrance at first. Luckily there were nice construction workers helping me out. Furthermore, I was missing small forks in the kitchen.
Super incredible and helpful costumer service, i had some slight issues with booking and the caller went on to explain everything i needed to know plain and simple. :-)

The bed is VERY low, and the pillows were a little hard for my liking.

maybe if one thing, the bus connections were not perfect. You have to walk a bit to the train station to get the best connections
The bed. I stay at apartments and they usually have two single beds but this had a double bed.
Some of the light bulbs weren’t working but it wasn’t a problem cos I love staying in the dark.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. My leaving flight was cancelled and I needed to stay extra nights and they were very fast to extend my stay. Wonderful service!
The location of the lock box to get the keys and enter the building was not too clear and it would be helpful to have some pictures with the precise entry door and lock box. I had to ask other people in the premises for help.
