I would not recommend to stay at the Valamar 3-star apartments (i.e. not in the 4-star hotel rooms) during cold weather (we stayed there in March), due to no proper heating in the appartment. Even with outside temperature of 10-14 celsius, we could not heat up our room by the airconditioner which is only in the kitchen. Hotel breakfast is 5-star quality with wide range of foods.
Cold apartment in March, no heating, A/C is not cleaned regularly, generally no clean feeling.
We stayed here the 2nd time now and were really satisfied with everything. The staff is really kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable.
The location was good and the place was very clean.
The place needs a renovation and the wooden blinds could not be open to get more sunlight in the place. The small upper window in the living room was giving too much lights in the early hours of the morning which was not good for those sleeping in the living room. The door stopper in the bedroom needs to be adjusted as one could not walk pass easily on one side of the bed.
We really enjoyed the resort's services and the outdoor space. The pools are great, so is the beach area, there are lots of activities to do, you can eat and drink in the bars for reasonable prices, and the area itself is very diverse and pleasant. There is a tourist train that serves the resort and the town center. We stayed in the apartments, but we also had access to the hotel (reception, bar, ...
We're talking about details and personal taste here, but I didn't like the fact that the décor and furnishings remained practically the same as they were in the 1990s, especially the entrance doors and windows (still made of wood, a bit warped). Everything: pool, gym, close to beach, gaming room
Need to fresh up some rooms at the residence.
Very nice receptionsit MR. Toni welcomed us at the hotel and explained everything. Overall the hotel property is very well kept , clean, organised and over all everything is nice. All the stuff is very helpful.

The location, the surroundings, the beach and the sea was really nice. Having a dishwasher made it comfortable. The terrace and the American kitchen-living room is a nice space for the family. Being able to use the facilities of the hotel (pool, etc.) is a useful gesture.
The appartments are designed in a very unlucky way: the apptmts are very close to each other. Our bedroom window was just above the terrace and entrance of our neighbours below, therefore, if they decide to live nightlife, it makes it impossible for us to sleep or rest at night. no towels at the pool. no trampoline park at the beach. I was here last year and everything was here- where did the trampoline park go? why no towels if the pool is open? all the pools are open but no towels. annoying
