Location is excellent, in strict center, close to the main Tartini square, parking is included in the price, and also close to the apartment.
Only wifi, which is not that good.

The bed was really comfortable The position is wonderful with see view The free parking was also really appreciated.
The internet connection was really unstable: impossibile to watch a Netflix movie, which is a pitty since the TV was awesome. The instruction how to arrive to the place are quite complex.
central location the lady at the reception is very kind
the room do not have a "sea view" just a "port view", there was some electricity voice non stop
Location, the bed, bathroom, coffee machine and selection of teas. Also very helpful staff. And free parking! Piran is a stunning seaside town, very photogenic

Old and damaged pots , old and very unconfortable sofa bed. No place to dry towels and bathing suits.
All recommendations for the facility. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms!
