Wifi did not work and they only served water, coffee, or tea.

Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.

I was able to select a gluten free meal for my outbound flight operated by KLM but my selection wasn’t saved on Delta so I ended up not having a hot meal. The cabin crew was nice enough to offer some cheese so I could pair it with some gf crackers I had. The seat would recline but slowly but surely would come back up so I couldn’t sleep as I would have wanted to.

Main cabin seats are uncomfortable for long flights. Food is mediocre at best. Cabin crew is good. Pilot was nice enough to tip the wings for viewing the Alps.

Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.

It was NOT pleasant. Started from checking our luggage to the last time getting off the plane. The crew was not friendly, the food was horrible and the seats were too close to each other that I got a bruise on my knee.

The airplanes were so old and out-dated it was terrifying to fly on them.

Did not get a vegetarian option in 1st class and the video was not working.

You cancelled my flight and made me Sleep at the airport.

I paid for the service of having the right to choose my seat and it was not like that, they put me where they wanted and I explained to one of the staff that they were before boarding and they were very rude. I am traveling with the family and they put us in separate seats.

Everything was great except for some reason crew and ground crew could not figure out how to deal with an electric wheelchair and it delayed us 20-30mins. Was pretty frustrating for passengers and the captain.

Over 2 hour delay for a 50-minute flight is unacceptable, especially in normal weather. Very poor communication via app

The WiFi stopped working early on in the flight. No audio from entertainment system.

They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.

terrible. Because I felt very unwell during the flight. How do they leave a woman alone in the middle of 2 men? an obese man who was falling on top of me.

Run out of snack choices. Why are the seats not padded for your butt? Are we sitting on blocks of wood or metal for $250-300 a pop? This ain’t spirit. Let’s get it together people

Entertainment... No earphones passed out. Many including me couldn't use the TV. Legroom was good. Crew was indifferent and a bit surly. Free wifi was a nice convenience. Check in desk location was unknown. Gate number on the boarding passes was wrong.

Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.

Safe and on time were the positives. The plane wasn't cleaned before boarding, there was garbage and food on the floor and in the seat pocket. The TV screen was small and the picture fuzzy, audio quality was poor. Seatbelt was fraying and seat did not recline properly. No charging ports near the seats,

It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.

Pilot kept the seatbelt light off for almost the entire flight, so bathroom visits were well spread out. Yes, it was a very smooth ride, but I have been on transatlantic flights where the seatbelt light was almost perpetually on, even though no turbulence. Pickup of meal trays and trash was exceptionally fast and frequent.

Terrible will never fly it’s them again. Delayed 6 hours and not even a free drink. Disgusting airline and terrible customer service

The flight was almost 2 hours late. When it landed in Philadelphia we waiting on board for almost 1 hour to be assigned a gate. Then, while 50 feet away from the gate the pilot couldn’t park the plane, because the staff that was supposed to guide him in was not available. Once we deplaned, we waited 1.5 hours for our luggage to come out. Simply disgraceful, American Airlines.

We have been delayed and postponed 2days and nights…and still do not have our flight until tomorrow..

Plane was delayed an hour causing me to miss my flight to London and now I am not arriving until Sunday instead of Friday. I am stranded at airport and they give me $12 of food vouchers. It's a joke and everyone I talked to was rude

WiFi was down so no entertainment and I could not work either. The flight was Very turbulent at the end (the last 20 min felt like an eternity) I appreciated the pilot for getting us there safely. The flight attending in first class was kind and attentive to everyone.

Our flight was delayed by 18 hours. Poor accommodations made and no apology.

No frills, cheap price & flight was on time, I'm happy.

particularly nothing to like plane just turned to be a hmm flying bus, yet in buses from another country at least drink and snack are free ... and seat could be just a bit more ..adjustable? ok ok i know i am asking for too much but ..dreaming is not forbidden yet

Spirit airlines flight delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I was rebooked in a different flight that routed through Texas. The flight from LAS to Houston was miserable, the person seated next to me was visibly intoxicated, and was served more alcohol in the plane. Upon arrival in Houston nothing was open, even TSA. I had to spend 6 hours just waiting in the airport. All in all, I arrived home a full 12 hours after my originally planned travel which out my family in a bad position. Do better!!!

Would have liked there to be a flight crew available so we could fly. None available so they delayed the departure by 10 hour!

The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.

Had the comfy front seats. Flight was good . Flight attendants where loud and laughing for over a half hour . I mean loud. They sounded like the were at a bar , talking about guys, hair , and skin products. There was no food or entertainment on the plane . Brought my own

Spirit's website on mobile did not work. Check-in kiosk would not allow us to check in at 12:09 for a 12:52 departure. Went to front desk, they said we had missed our flight and there was nothing they could do, would not offer a refund, and we're extremely rude and condescending. They said if we had checked in at 12:07 they could have given us our boarding pass. We spent $650 to take a different flight on Southwestern. When we got to the gate and sat down at 12:25, Spirit had delayed their departure time for our original flight to 1:54. I've never been more irritated while flying. I will never book another flight through Spirit again.

The flight was VERY, VERY hot and the blowers weren't cooling it off...don't know what the problem was, but.....otherwise it was fine.

My flight from Avianca was 45 minutes late and it's very complicated to recheck in in ...also I have to say the silver desk folks were neither efficient nor helpful...so I missed my connecting flight. I actually got there before tge flight left but they refused to let me on....and gave me no vouchers for hotel etc

The cancelled our flight 3 times and we never made it to our destination. Every single airplane had a maintenance problem. Never fly this airline

9 hrs wait in airport then flt redirected to airport an hour away from our booked airport. Then at 8:00pm flight Cancelled. Silver supposed to book us on American the next day. Booked my husband but not me. Cost me Ubers, hotel, meals, new ticket and 1 hour taxi Cuz no flights to our home airport. Absolute disaster. Silver staff had no idea what was going on or what to do. Never Again Silver

Nothing about this flight was good. They are always cancelling or grossly delayed. We were delayed for 45 minutes for no apparent reason with no explanation or anything we could see and I missed my connection to Durham NC. I was on my way to my best friends memorial and funeral. Now I'll missed them both!!

Total disaster! The easiest flight was kept delayed till … cancelled! And before official announcement of the flight cancellation I was offered to join ongoing boarding to FLL so I had to change all my traveling plans, have lost my car reservation and a payed spot at the meeting I was going for to begin with! I had to no show to my flight back, because it was from different airport again!

The worst experience we had traveling. The worst experience we have had traveling. The service is lousy, I will NEVER choose this airline again.

Flight canceled 11 hours after being delayed. Miss annual family vacation because of this

This was a short flight so food was not offered. The stewardess was great at giving water out. The baggage check at the airport was hideous. One person was untrained and had asked a question. The other two people were just dealing. Someone could have worked the line and said you must have a luggage tag and you must have confirmation. We waited for some people at the counter for 20 minutes because they couldn't find their reservation or they were missing their luggage tags. We were in line an hour and 20 minutes had to run to her gate just to find out our flight was delayed 40 minutes. The silver air website never updated with status changes on the phone. Horribly irresponsible flight company.
