Cons:My car was missing its set of primary keys, so I didn't have any automatic locking /unlocking features

Cons:While the car I got was technically an upgrade and very nice, I would have preferred to get the smaller car I originally reserved.

Pros:They seemed to take my word that the car was only 3/4 full when I picked it up. (I haven't seen the bill yet to see if they took my word on that issue, however.)

Cons:I took an uber for $40 each way from the airport and then I arrived for the staff to meet me in the parking lot and say no cars. very disappointed

Pros:Ease of booking and that's it
Cons:While on my flight I received a voicemail that they no longer had any rental cars left. Why would they confirm a booking and then sell out. Did they know prior to my booking they had none left? Or did they continue to give customers cars that had no booking? Voicemail was very short with no explanation just that "they had no vehicles". This was a busy weekend I know. It don't confirm a booking if you have nothing!

Cons:I put in that i wanted to pick up the car at charlotte airport and when i got to the airport they said that it was offsite because kayak switched it!!!!!

Pros:Not much.
Cons:Waited 40 min. in line at CLT then sent to offsite location for pick up. Despite multiple confirmations since my JULY RESERVATION I was told they had no cars. Eventually was given a 12 psngr van which broke down a block away(thankfully), then after many calls and more waiting, got a car. Unbelievably unpleasant.

Pros:The customer service agent was extremely helpful with the rental, ensuring that the price quoted was given. The lot personnel delivered the vehicle to us. Awesome service!

Pros:The rental place was right at the airport and the customer service rep was helpful.
Cons:The car was uncomfortable to sit in. Price was also a bit high.

Cons:I less then three miles the low tire air light and change oil lights came on the dashboard... disappointed Windshield wipers also needed to be replaced
