Had to wait 20 minutes for a mid size car since they were all out. Sales lady would only allow you to use a credit card with the driver’s name, not spouse’s name even though the reservation was made under me and they had already charged a deposit on that card.Reviewed Nov 24 2023

Pros:There was nothing I liked about dollar rental car in Maui. They were a total ripoff. The car had a flat tire and I was charged a $939 dollar towing fee.Cons:The best thing that could happen is if they go out of business in Maui so they can not rip off other consumers.Reviewed May 17 2021
