Pros. Staff was super helpful. We even had to ask them to run us to the airport after finding no Ubers or Taxi Cabs super early in the AM. They couldn't have been nicer or more willing to go out of their way, eventually finding a staffer to get us to our flight. Wow...not enough of that commitment to customer service in the world.
Pros. One of the best staffs I have encountered at a hotel.
