The car was broken the check engine light was on and had turtle on the screen. It had no power. The excerlator was all the way to the floor, it wasnot going five miles per hour. We wanted to leave for 6:00 a.m. but they didn't open until 8:30 a.m.. When the did open they did not have another van to we had to go to another location. It had no battery power. When we arrived there it was on zero. We did not get on the road until after 10:00.Reviewed May 17 2024

Pros:Very friendly service. They were very helpful when returning the car. Will use them again. Rented a car from another rental and the car broke down and I was left for 2 hours in the rain. Enterprise would have been there in an instant.Highly recommend Enterprise.Reviewed Apr 1 2017
