Cons:
They would only accept credit cards, which is ridiculous given that a person might not even have available credit on a credit card. I do not use credit cards, living within my means. I went to Budget.10.0 Wonderful

My flight arrived at 10:00. The Avis counter closed at 9:00 so I had to get a cab to my hotel. In the morning I walked a mile to the airport to get my car. When I asked why they close before all the flights for the night have arrived they said Well sorry we close at 9:00, still want the car or not?Budget

Cons:
The suv was a nice one but it had broken windshield wipers on both sides. It’s warm out and the entire drive I had to stare through the steering wheel. Wish I could have seen Soldotna haha6.0 Okay

We booked a SUV and got a pick up truck. Luckily for us it didn't rain on the days we had our luggage in the bed of the truck.Easirent

Seward pickup from cruise was well run. In and out very quickly. No issues with car.Cons:
drop off in Anchorage was understaffed. One guy and he did not even have any computer equipment. I had to write down mileage #, felt like I was back in time 30 years ago.Thrifty
