Yes, it was a cheap rental. But the car was in very poor condition. Rental car had close to 50,000 miles and pre-existing damage all over, and had that nasty used car smell. I understand you get what you pay for, but when I booked an compact class still expected to have a little bit better quality.5.6 Fair

Car was what we reserved and was clean and spacious.Cons:
Check out was ungodly long. Only two people available to process reservations when there were multiple flights arriving. Most people had to wait outside in the heat. Car pulled considerably to the left.5.6 Fair

You might want to give people a heads up before they get to the counter about: 1-$20 charge for international driving permit 2-Insurance that they really push is very expensive. Example...our $22 rental turned out to be $88 after all the BS! You know about these add ons....you should let folks know before they get there6.4 Okay

Employee at the rental counter was borderline harassing with the rental experience. She was very rude, when performing the car inspection before leaving she was so insulting to me & my wife that my wife had to walk away. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking saying it was company policy to perform things a certain way. She was so smug and rude, then refused to provide her name & when I asked for her supervisor she gave me the phone number to her own desk. I’ve rented cars in over a dozen countries & I’ve never had anyone treat me that way. It really spoiled the beginning of our anniversary trip.8.0 Very good

Be sure to check wuth your insurance company about liability coverage. I thought I was covered anywhere but I called and was told that I am only covered in US & Canada so I bought the liability. Your credit card will cover the collision.9.6 Wonderful

You need to straighten out insurance. I thought I had bought insurance only to arrive at the counter and be told that my insurance was no good with Payless and I had to buy it from them. They claim to know nothing about what I had already bought. Is this some kind of scam.?
