Both the Worcester and Westboro MA offices did an excellent job taking care of my needs and requirements.Cons:
Would prefer if the rental cars had a full tank of gas upon pickup. Much easier to fill up properly when returning the car.Avis

Once the attendant was there it was a quick process was able to get a bigger car for the same price Paid a reduced price for dropping car off earyCons:
There was no attendant at the place; needed to call and wait and the place was hard to find. Only one person working so she was not able to walk over the car with you beforehand. Car was not cleaned beforehand bill was closed out before ready; was going to us a different form of payment but the attendant closed out the bill and it went on the card that the deposit was on. For over 12 hours there was over $600 dollars tied up on my card for a $200 rental.5.6 Fair
