"Jon" (didn't catch his last name) did everything to make this great. He waived a drop off fee and gave us a break on gas, plus he gave us a larger car than we paid for. This may be my best rental experience ever.10.0 Wonderful

The car wasn't ready for pickup on time. RX drugs from a previous rental had been left in the glove compartment. The car had a strange odor, like someone had smoked in it and they tried to cover up the smell.VERC Car Rental
