Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.

United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.

Very bad! They kept delaying my flight and wouldn’t do anything about it

Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.

Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.

Not the fault of United—weather, reroute around weather, time sitting on tarmac, arrived couple hours late, too late for train into city necessitating a much pricier cab but weather…can’t be helped.

Flight was good but there are way to many announcements for credit cards etc.

IAD with the archaic people movers is just a place to be avoided.

I had no checked baggage but was required to hand over carry on baggage at the door of the plane. There was a lot of overboard space in the plane and I was one of the last ones. I ran to get my carry on but it was gone. I was given back at the plane door in Toronto, so the wait was not as long as it would have been at the carousel.

This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!

Long delays, lack of information about the status of the flight. The flight was delayed 4 times.

Could we please end the loud announcements about credit card offers on your flights? We are trying to sleep, work, watch videos, etc. and if we need a credit card, we will ask for one. Flying is already not what it used to be.

I would like the crew to talk LESS over the PA and specifically about credit card offers. I am trying to work, sleep, watch a movie and the PA was booming about a credit card offer. Could we go back to the days when the customer was more important than selling a credit card?

Enough space, crew was helpful, food was good. The gates are way far especially for travelers with health issues

No enough space plus only allowing one laggage instead of two like other airlines.

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

It was good. But the gate team made me check my carry on when there was plenty of space for my luggage on the plane. Otherwise our trip was fine.

The entertainment options were at best, fair. It was exactly the same as my outbound flight. It would have been more entertaining if there were some series from Apple TV, HBO, Showtime or other carriers for me to catch up with.

Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Dion Dillard

I waiting for 2 hrs to retrieve my luggage. Didn't get home till 3am.

The flight left late and I didn’t get a glass of bubbly upon boarding (which I’m used to when booking business class on other flights), but otherwise it was a pleasant flight with lovely, helpful crew members and I enjoyed my meal.

The airplane has been replaced and late night layover have been extended from 3 to 7 and the only compensation was a $15 food voucher after most restaurants have been closed, not helping with children after a 18+ hour international flight

Flight cancellations, delays, mass confusion and disorganization! That’s Air Canada for you, nothing new. I would have chosen a different airline if it were an option, and Air Canada continues to prove they don’t care about their customers.

everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials

Couldn't fit knees, only 1 toilet working, didn't get anything to drink cause the stewards were not able to get to us

Flight was canceled for a reason they knew hours before but did not mention. Next the gate chnage from 37 to 38 at least 10 times. Ridiculous.

The flight from SFO to YVR was delayed and my bag did not make it to my next flight from YVR to SYD. It took almost 3 days after I landed to get my bag and when I got it, it was filled with dust

Our biggest complaint about Air Canada is that if you don’t like your seat during check-in, there’s a fee to move elsewhere. On our flight from YUL to FFL, we were charged to change seats—just regular seats. What’s maddening is that the plane wasn’t even full; there were even a few people sleeping in the middle row sections (entire rows, completely empty), using them as beds. In my opinion, charging passengers for seat changes is a cash grab by Air Canada. They are definitely not the airline they were back in the day. I suppose they need to gouge the consumer now that they pay their attendants while on ground. One out of 10.

Was notified on a timely manner of any changes, if any, of the flight schedules.
