Flight was changed twice. Original flight was scheduled at 5:30pm. Weeks before flight, flight was changed to 7:00pm. On the date of flight, flight was delayed and departed at 9:00pm. This caused many problems and significantly affected our schedule at our destination.

Flight was on time. Transfer was in same terminal. Flight attendants were very accommodating. .

I enjoyed the leg room at my seat, but I was in an exit row.

Why do you ask about food when only a snack is served? Actual food needs to be bought.

There was an older male crew member that was very rude to me when doing the last checks before pulling back from the terminal. There is a polite way to tell someone to put their bag under the seat. It was Mother’s Day and my mom has recently passed so it was a tough morning for me in general. There was no need to make for the snide remark “ I don’t know how many times we have said this already” as you walked away. I had held it together all morning and this interaction brought me to tears. love Alaska Airlines and this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience.

Stay away from there non refundable tickets, they don't have a medical exceptions.

Alway a a breeze! And great mountain views on left side of plane during entire flight!

It was a great experience, although our seat was taken and we did not want to be rude and ask the person to move. Flight Attendants need to make sure that people should be in their assign sitting that are paid for. Other then that, we had a great flying experience with Alaska Airlines.

I thought every thing was good with the acceptation of the long layover between Seattle and the Tampa trip.
