5.3 Fair
Pros:On time and quick boarding. The ticketing and gate agent Joel was fantastic.
Cons:The flight attendant in the front of the plane was not friendly from boarding throughout the flight. He witnessed a woman move the snack s to accommodate her carry on and waited until the plane was full to reprimand here. He didn't even say please he just blurted "Don't ever do that again"! His arms were constantly crossed and legs tapping in an aggravated and defensive manner. Maybe he should ne be on the early flight. Other than that the seat backs were to short and flight media was inoperative. Then on the way out when I thanked Jay he was non responsive. I felt like he was being inconvenienced by our presence. If you ask me he was even rude with his coworkers on the phone. I'm glad it was only a 55 min flight. Two sentence's for what was good and all of this for one person that made it a bad experience.

4.3 Mediocre
Pros:Comfort sitting was very good
Cons:There was not enough food on the plane. If you are offering a range of food to passengers, then there should be preparation and adequate supply to fulfill those orders. I follow a vegetarian diet, and I asked for the salad option, sold out. Okay fine, I asked for the cheese platter, sold out. If you are offering food, there should be enough for the whole plane, plain and simple.

Cons:Turbulence
A
2.0 Poor
Pros:Absolutely nothing, zero stars in every caterory available
Cons:Only 1 flight per day to from Austin, Tx. Our 4:11 pm flight on Monday, Oct 9th was delayed 2 houra bc of weather in NY. That was understandable. However, our flight was delayed another 4 hours bc of no gate, held up earlier flight to Boston bc of late passenger and countless other issues. Such as maintence, rebooting plane systems, etc. Employees were clues and every employee gave different explanations. Once we boarded the flight crew was nasty and rude. Lastly, after boarding we were held at gate for another half hour before taking off. This was first time in many years i flew on jetblue bc i switched to american post jetblue tarmac nightmare. I will never fly jetblue again ever.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:I loved the roomy leather seats. The staff and crew were very helpful.
Cons:New staff was working at the airport New building) and had some issues, but not a Jet Blue problem.
A
9.6 Wonderful
Pros:Jet Blue treats its customers like they are real people and not just stock to be moved. There is adequate legroom. Their personnel are friendly and competent. This alone puts them above most airlines.
