$71 Find cheap flights from Madrid to Hamburg

Our luggage did not make it with us despite the fact that there was an hour between landing in Madrid (from Granada) and the departure of the plane to Washington DC. We received notifications about this, which is a nice touch, but they were in Spanish and it took us a while to figure out what the message was. Furthermore, the process of filing a report was not intuitive and we have received no e-mail or other form of confirmation that the airline has received our missing luggage reports. Needs improvement!

Food was low quality as well as quantity; I ordered vegetarian. We waited 35 MINUTES for the first bag to arrive after landing.

It was not Iberia. It was with United. It was great!!!

They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!

My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach

The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa customer service have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and our family stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good

The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Generally everything was OK,except the food but that seems to be a normal tendency for all the airlines nowadays

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.
