The boarding was horrible. You couldn’t hear the announcements at all. Probably because there is so much in the area for businesses. They need a louder PA system. Other than that it was a good Delta experience.

The boarding was horrible. You couldn’t hear the announcements at all. Probably because there is so much in the area for businesses. They need a louder PA system. Other than that it was a good Delta experience.

Everything was great. The big planes could still stand to have a bit more leg room. Crew was amazing!!

The pilot was excellent - he flew us around a storm and even though predicted it would be a bumpy ride - was able to avoid all turbulence and land us safely with only a 15 min delay. Kudos!

Great flight crew, easy boarding, delicious snacks and spacious seats. Love flying delta - worth the price.

Delay at gate caused a flight change for our connection, hotel stay, and lots of standing and waiting in lines which hurt my feet and was unpleasant as people were grumpy and yelling. Delta worker Nestor Espinosa was very helpful! Others were apathetic (tired I’m sure!) but weren’t clear with instructions and didn’t give both of me and my travel partner the same food voucher etc.

From boarding to the next 45 min to 1 hour, it felt like a sauna, felt like vents were working but no AC on.

I was traveling with my 85 years old grandma and 60 years old mother. Which I requested to get a wheelchair. I went to the Delta Kiosk and asked for a wheelchair.  They brought a wheelchair and 2 minutes (without exaggerating, time is important for me as I am well disciplined with a military background) later they said that the wheelchair belongs to American Airlines, so we need to switch it.  We were like where is the other one so my grandma can use it? They are like, "it's on its way, she has to wait for the other one" I asked them why does she have to wait? Is it ok for her to sit on this one when the other one arrives. Answer was "NO". I guess lack of common sense was the issue. I started to explain to the agent that she can not stand still or wait. Finally, someone said that in spanish "she can not stand, let's wait for the other one" . Delta's wheelchair came, without an attendant or helper. They brought that wheelchair and left it in the middle of the airport. Nobody seemed to care. I had to push her to the gate. Then they finally realized that "wait a minute, there is something wrong with that". So they send someone, who later started harassing us, to tell us how he works for cash tips. Then a "Private Security Interviewer" approached us. I think his name was Carlos (His descriptions - tall for an average worker, ginger curly hair, wears glasses, overweight). He did not represent himself. All he did was show his badge for two seconds and when (later on) I asked him what his name was, he said "I already told you at the beginning". At that point we were waiting to be called at the Delta Kiosk (this is prior to the Customs first check in point). So, Delta Airlines hired "Private security interviewers" to make sure that nobody brings anything illegally to the US. Which is great, makes me feel safe and secure. But, it does not serve the purpose. Let me explain to you why. These interviewers do not know what they are doing or saying and you can clearly see that. They think that they are CBP or Immigration officers. They will get angry If you ask them any questions. Then they will put all these stickers on the back of your passport like they caught "Pablo Escobar". At one point I was sarcastic and told the interviewer that "I like those stickers, It's my hobby and I am collecting them. Can I have more of those?"  and interviewers eyes and brain goes like "error 404". He did not know how to react or respond to that. Then he flags my itinerary on his iPad. Trying to give me a hard time since I asked him about his name, so I can call him by his name. But of course that did not change the fact that his lack of english made everything even harder. After 45 mins of wait and clearing the "Private Security Interviewer" you would think that we are going to be all set to depart. I was wrong. We waited in line to go through the security line, just like other citizens. No wheelchair, disability, seniority etc were important for her. They treat us like she is in her twenties.  On several occasions they forced her to stand up. She was like "I swear to God that I can not walk, my son I wish I could walk, but I can not". They did not seem like they cared. Then finally they realized that she is legit disabled. They let her pass on a wheelchair. At the gate, Carlos showed up to make sure that I am going through the secondary check. They pulled me to the secondary check. And started asking me about my luggage. My response was "I only have one carry-on bag, to make everyone's (including my life) life easier". They asked the same question over again "Sir, do you just have only one bag?" I replied saying "Yes". She did not believe me and said "Just only one". So, I thought she did not believe me and I said "Yes, Si, Si, solo uno". She looked at me and then turned to the agent (Carlos) and stared at him like "did you not ask him about his bags, did you not know that he only had one carry on?". I am sorry to say that but they just looked like a bunch of idiots who do not know what they are doing. Finally they released me after a minute of secondary check. Meanwhile everyone is boarding and my grandma is waiting on her wheelchair. Then we approached the gate agent and I asked her if I could sit next to my family, if they had any seats available. She replied that "I can not change any seat at the gate, I do not have any authority". I replied "I understood". We got on the plane last and I asked our flight attendant if I could change my seat to be next to my family. FYI, their seats were 10 B and C, mine was the 35 D. Meanwhile there were empty seats on 10 D and F. Even flight attendants surprisingly said that "why did she put you all the way back, while we had 1/2 full flight. I will go and ask her". Our flight attendant was great and he made sure that I am next to my family. He went above and beyond and he gave the closest seat to the. Flight was good. Delta Airlines failed to bring the wheelchair when we arrived. Excuse was "Gate changed, that is why". I walked outside and grabbed an empty wheelchair. I put my grandma and brought her to the Customs. Then a Delta Airline worker approaches me and says that you can not move this wheelchair, it belongs to the gate. We will bring you a new one. A CBP officer heard our conversation and jumped in and said, "wait a minute you want her (pointed my grandma) to wait here while you bring her wheelchair?". He (delta worker) responded "yes sir". But when he talks to me, no sir, nothing. The CBP officer goes "Nope, she is not waiting here and I will make sure to pull her wheelchair". If that officer was not there we probably would have had to wait and be forced to change the wheelchair. The CBP officer, again the CBP officer, not the Delta employee, pushed our wheelchairs to the gate. Sincerely,

I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.

1st flight had mechanical issues after we boarded and almost took off. They tried to fix on runway but couldn’t do we went back to the gate. They couldn’t fix it there either. So we had to deplane and board another plane 2 hrs later. All in all our flight was delayed 4 hrs so we had to cancel some business meeting we had in London for the morning since we were supposed to arrive at 7am and did not arrive until 11:45am. Also, the 2nd plane had mechanical issues as well but fortunately they were able to fix on runway.

The flight back from Cabo was excellent however the flight from LAX was terrible. I was happy by accident to get to LAX 4 hours, early. It took almost all 4 hours. I dont think I will fly with Delta out of LAX anytime soon.

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

Pros: "I like the service ,the food in thos fliggt back. Excelent"
Cons: "Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something"
Pros: "Crew friendlynesd"
Cons: "Paying a little more attention to the seating. Not everyone was socially distanced. Seat rows were unequally distributed: some were all full others were too empty."
Pros: "Seat was okay, but I thought we weren't doing center seats because of Covid risk. That plane was packed tight."
Cons: "They made me store my bag, because I had a guitar which has always been allowed as a carry on. Its a fragile instrument, and has always been allowed as a carry on."
Pros: "Seats are comfortable. Compared to other flights there is more leg room. Flight attendants where friendly."
Cons: "The flight was late on arrival, so there was more time spent in the airport. Due to this, we were right behind another flight that landed before us. Customs will only allow one plane to disembark, so we waited to get off the plan for over 30 minutes. This was the only bad experience with the trip."
Pros: "The crew was attentive."
Cons: "Check in process was super slow. It took an hour and a half. Check in process needs to be made more efficient. Also, plane took off an hour and 20 minutes later than originally planned. Therefore, we landed an hour later than expected."
Pros: "Movies and shows. Blankets. Prompt staff on plane. Snack options."
Cons: "Ticket counter was stubborn to release our boarding passes despite having already checked in online. Saying we were “too late”. The kiosk would not release our boarding passes either. Yet, we breezed right through security to the gate and we’re first to board the plane having had to actually wait awhile before boarding. The ticket counter person unnecessarily made us wait even longer when we were already running late due to having spent 11 hours in the hospital day prior from E. coli. The boarding process was also sloppy. Three different attendants asked to see our passports. Why did everyone need to verify us? We were asked very silly and seemingly unnecessary questions before boarding further slowing the process. We were asked before boarding if we had checked a bag, not sure what difference that made."
Pros: "The flight was delay about an hour, on board. The crew was great. No entertainment on board. Good complimentary bar."
Cons: "Being on time"

Flight was late due to mechanical, had to spend night in hotel. Experience disembarking plane was poor, United did little for passengers except what they were required to do by law.

Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board

Only water and pretzels served on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. No video screens and so no wired audio. Poor sound on plan so did not understand anything said by crew. This is a safety issue. Electrical socket did not retain charging block so could not charge phone. No video screen so could not watch movies. Phone is not a substitute.

The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

All flights were on time and boarding was issue free

Water service would be great. The way they board is terrible. Slow passengers first😂😂 They need to smart up a bit

I like the non stop flight to Lagos. The cabin crew were great, the food was alright and the ride was smooth. The downside is there wasn’t wifi connection from Lagos to Washington as stated. The 11hrs flight, became boring at times because of no wifi.

It got me where I needed it to; not much more. It had no competition so that was why I chose it.

Plane didn’t even make it off the ground. We all had to get off and walk to a different terminal (lots of confusion) to get on a different plane. Landed fairly late, connections missed.

One of the best flying experiences I’ve ever had.

The Flight attendant had an attitude and didn't allow anyone any time to prepare for landing despite being absent throughout the entire trip

The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!

Nice aircraft. Plane was PACKED full and distance between seats was tight. Had it been more than a two hour flight it would not have been tolerable. I had much more knee space on the JetBlue flight I went out on.

New ridiculous policy by american destroyed my allegiance to american. As a million miler with american, I expected it would be easy to get on an earlier flight when I got to airport earlier than expected, and save a five hour layover. WRONG. The online app would not let me switch flights, So I called, and was promised a call back in 90 minutes. HAH! The customer service desk at DCA said “we no longer have access to changing a flight on our screens. If the app couldn’t do it, I should send a letter to American, but there’s nothing else possible!”

I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.

It was right on time and crew were very courteous

Great flight. Boarding was efficient and quick. On time departure and smooth flight. Flight arrived early at destination. Good experience.

Literally the worst experience ever and I had my service dog with me. Flight was supposed to leave at 1:51 PM but the plane arrived late. They boarded us around 3 PM and kept us on the plane for an hour saying that due to weather conditions in Miami, we could not takeoff yet. After waiting for an hour, they deplaned. And then they will not give us our bags back that we could just leave and schedule for another flight. Every hour they kept updating saying we have to wait another hour without any explanation as to what was going on. Eventually, I went to customer service to change my ticket, but by the time I made it to the front of the line, they started boarding my flight again. And then when we got onto the flight, they said there were two flight attendants That were past their shift. They kept us on the plane for about another 40 minutes until they told us they had no other flight attendance and had to deplane again. Then I gave us hotel vouchers and told us we would be on a flight at 6 AM the next day. At this point it is about 9 PM. I get to the hotel with my dog, who hasn’t been able to go potty for about eight hours. When I arrived at the hotel, I got a text alert saying my flight has been canceled at 6 AM and they moved past to 5 AM, however the hotel shuttle doesn’t leave early enough to make it to the airport for 5 AM flight. So me and some other passengers got a cab after about three hours of sleep to get back to the airport. This was the worst experience ever.

Their computers were down upon arrival to the airport. They were unable to figure out how to board us. We were delayed over an hour and a half.

Delay. Flight was delayed in Washington.knew that connection was impossible as not enough time to switch terminals. The steward would not let me stay the night. So forced to Dallas.late night, after 10pm.hotel checkin was one hour. Passengers lined up only one girl to checkin at comfort inn. No food availability at that time. Had to leave early at 6:30 am to catch a flight at 8:45. Stressfull.

The plane was not on time for boarding or departure or arrivals.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY THE HELP.THE SEATING FRIENDLY ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD RIDE NOT ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM

This was the smoothest flight I have had in awhile. I was also offered an exit row seat for a great upgrade cost and was able to sleep almost thr whole flight due to comfort and a smooth flight. We left on time and arrived on time.

No food not even water offered unless you buy it and no usb in the seat but other than that everything was good

Because our flight from marsh Harbor to Fort Lauderdale was over three hours delayed it caused us to miss our flight in Fort Lauderdale. Because we missed that flight, it cost us nearly $100 apiece for four different travelers which totaled nearly $400. We are seeking a reimbursement for the flight that we missed in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Flight expected to leave at 6:40 pm ended leaving at 8:00 am the following day. I slept in a cold airport. Never again Spirit for me…

The flight was on time and nice as always for me with spirit but the cabin crew were not good. They left the lights on on a red eye for the entire flight.

This was the return leg of my journey with Spirit Airlines. Despite its reputation, I found no issues as it got me from point A to B safely and without delay, especially with no mechanical delays, which is fantastic in my book! The staff, from ground crew to cabin crew, were all pleasant and hassle-free. The flight was smooth from takeoff to landing. I have absolutely no complaints about this no-frills airline!

I got a one-way, last-minute nonstop flight from PDX to BWI for only $125. Yes, I got nicked $79 more for a checked suitcase and $89 more for the BIG SEAT option, but it was worth it, even with $4.50 for coffee and $10 for a snack (the latter no different than any other airline). The grand total was still less flying on any other airline.

It was the worst ever, i will be filing a lawsuit to get a refund. Our flight was delayed 4 hours so we would miss our connecting flight, we were not rebooked to our destination the same day, we were not offered any options to get home on the same day despite being clear that we absolutely cannot get stranded at night due to family, we were forced to book our own flights on a different airline to get home, and spririt is refusing a refund because our flight wasn't cancelled, only delayed. oh yeah, and they lost our luggage on the first part of the trip and you cannot get a hold of customer service when anything goes wrong, on hold for 30+ minutes. and their app breaks so you can't use that either.
