The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

Missed this flight due to the first AA flight delay

Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

No problems with flight. Even though I had a short layover in DFW, I was still able to easily make my connection.

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

Turbulence was bad and flight attendants gossiped about going to the bar and dating. Could have better awareness.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

Crew Very nice people, The food was mediocre. Entertainment outdated. The English of the announcements were very hard to understand. Luckily there was nothing serious.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

The flight crew was top notch. Total professionals, they worked to help everyone fit their luggage on board and get comfortable. Like many European airlines, dinner service included wine with no extra charge. Always a nice touch. On our layover, everyone needed to clear passport control, which looks like a horrible time sink when you have a connection. My compliments to the ground crew who tried to move people with tight connects to the front of the line. I don't know whether they were Air Portugal employees or not, but they were some people's heroes. I'm not a fan of airline pricing that doesn't give you a reasonably realistic idea of your total cost. Checked baggage on Air Portugal is very expensive and negates any other price advantage. Seat selection is also quite costly. My biggest complaint about this airline is their boarding process. There is no info available to passengers on the screens in the boarding lounges. Just long lines that stretch into other gate areas and too few people offering any clarifying info at all. Those who try to direct often ended up yelling into the crowd. On my last leg, they called for boarding groups over the PA system, but when I presented myself, I was sent back to the end of the single line even though others in later groups were ahead of me. It was a confusing mashup of two systems that left everyone disgruntled and took over an hour. I don't think I can recommend this airline if you have any other options.

45 min late. Priority is not a priority as they put everyone in the same bus a than priority become last.

The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!

Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.

Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.

Crew was not friendly. No complimentary drink or food. Unable to pre-check in online. Line up at the airport was horrible. Three agents for a a very long line of passengers. Late departing.

There was nothing to like besides the crew. The comfort of the airplane was poor (seat did not work properly and it was not comfortable). The “entertainment” system did not work! On a flight that last nearly eight hours, (which is advertised as having excellent entertainment options), that is unacceptable! Passengers should have been given free WiFi for the flight. The food served on the flight was below school lunch grade food. (With one exception, the ice cream snack). The chicken entree was tough and nearly impossible to cut and eat. The “pizza” served later in the flight was worse. The chicken pizza had a dry crust and the “toppings” were equally not enjoyable. The amount of chicken and cheese were almost non existent. Overall not a flight we would want to repeat!!

The sad case is that BA is often late. I missed my connection outbound and then was rebooked in another biz class seat some 10 hours later. I opted to change to economy (no compensation refunded of course) that was only 5 hours later. On the return journey, once again changing planes was very challenging. This time we landed only a little bit late, but deplaning took a long time so the connection was very much in doubt. Some serious running and sweat later, I managed to make the connection but my luggage did not. No messages about the missing luggage, so I had to wait until the entire bag return process was over before seeking out an agent. There was only one and well over 50 passengers waiting to speaking with her. She was quite pleasant, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from touchdown to leaving the airport.

I like the food this time compared to my departure. I’m seated at the isle so it’s comfortable but I have to pay $124 for seat selection

On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage

Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.

Horrible connection in Heathrow on flight to destination. Flight missed due to delay on incoming flight. They did rebook us, and then that flight was delayed 2 hours. They don’t post gate info until 45 minutes to departure time which can cut it close if you have to take a tram to your terminal gate area. Then our return flight was completely cancelled. They notified us at 4:30AM. They rebooked us on a different airline and a different fare class. We were completely screwed. Travel day ended up being 30 hours. I will never fly them again.

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.

I really did not like being ordered to pull my shade down by the attendants. One of them was very rude to me about it, standing there until I closed it like I was a child brusquely reaching across me to close an adjoining one. They claim it was so people who wanted to could sleep. It’s a 10:30am flight not a red eye. Closing your shade or leaving it up for natural light should be a choice. Ruined my flight!

They cancelled our ticket, gave us no warning, they reissued it 4 days prior to trip and it was cancelled again when we got to the airport- very stressful, the flight was overbooked so they drove us across Milan to malpensa
