Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

It was okay overall, but it was a 4 hours flight and the only thing we got was snacks, I really expected breakfast.

Keep better track of bags. Not sure how they got lost. Also not sure why it took two weeks for us to get them back. Had to buy a bunch of necessities because they were packed.

food worker strike caused lack of service. I know, not your fault but a bit of a inconvenience.

The staff on the WestJet flight were friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time.

not as spartan as an air Canada flight, less comfortable / no in-flight screen as compared to similar priced Air Transat flight. Crew Cabin were professional and approachable. They got the job done, safe flight, on time despite delay in take off.

There was no entertainment and no announcement till well after I and others asked about it, and no "compensation" (like a free snack)

4 hour delay, lost our bags, staff was loud and it was an overnight flight

Entertainment was the only issue. I did not have app & not equipped to watch movie on my phone. Used to other carriers with access to a screen for viewing. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great flight. Pilot was able to fully make up the 42 minute late arrival of the aircraft for an on time arrival in Toronto.

Westjet delayed then rebooked us on flights for economy class when we paid for business class and now need a refund for fare difference and they aren't getting back to us

Frankfurt airport is the worst. Passengers are forced to use stairs to get to the terminal or catch a shuttle. Very inconvenient for passengers who are ambulatory challenged or have physical handicaps.

The entertainment wasn’t playing in the app or online.

Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.

Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?

It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.

Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.

Food is very bad and entertint not too many options ... flight attendet service is not good

Missed the connection due to delay and poor customer service.

The flight was delayed and I missed my connection by just a few minutes despite having been just one gate over. Extremely maddening, especially when they didn't wait for several of us passengers in the same position who had no other flight options to New York that day.

They were flexible and let my daughter and I sit in the back of the plane.

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.

Airlines should have to add their fees to their fares

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

Sun country Wi-Fi was not working. Flight was overbooked by two people. Had to pay extra for carryons day before flight and I don’t like hidden fees like that.

Flight delayed over 3 hrs due to unexplained issue. No text message to notify.

Well we did not realize at first it was a ground transfer, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Our driver was awesome and the ride was wonderful. A bathroom on board would have been nice, but at least we were warned that there wasn't one so we went ahead of time.

There was a mistake with the first name we only discovered at security. Air canada was unable to correct it to match then passport since it was booked through an agency. The agency could not correct it either since they need at least two hours to do that. We could not fly and lost a bunch of money. Learned my lesson about kayak.

My flight got canceled. Then AC rebooked me to a next day flight. No compensation no apology. It almost messed up my entire trip and schedule. However, all the unexpepected seems routine and ordinary to AC, so customers need to get used to.

I love air Canada. The staff is so helpful and friendly and attentive. I paid for extra room but chose a ser near a person who took up a lot of space which gave me less space than regular economy, I was sad I did that!

Did not appreciate “hidden fees” to check a bag for international flight and purchase a seat to be next to my spouse. Won’t choose this airline again.

The original flight from Boston to Toronto was canceled because of a mechanical failure. I was then scheduled on a flight to go from Boston to Montreal and then Montreal to Toronto. The flight was extremely full and I had to check my carry-on bag. When I actually got on the plane there appeared to be room for my bag. I understand the mechanical failures happen. But it was frustrating that they pestered me to check my bag when I don't believe it was necessary. Additionally, not just with Air Canada, modern airline seats are incredibly uncomfortable. There is considerable research that shows that the shape of them is poor for back health.

Unable to initiate refund/reschedule the ticket #worst experience #lost 900$

Flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. Communication of gate change was poor. Email and screen said one gate and it was a different gate from that. Gate changed first to 64 B and then to 64 C. Originally it was 68B. 64C was not communicated properly!

This was a red eye return, so I doubt there would be anyway to make it better. Other than adding beds.
