It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.

3 hours late and all they have is was a $12 meal voucher. That’s not even enough to cover fast food.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.

If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.

You could have not cancelled the flight (AA, which I will be flying from now on) left for BOS despite the fictitious weather issues (that no one in my Boston family could see). You could have rebooked my direct flight to another direct flight instead of sending me though JFK, the worst US airport after O’Hara You could have rebooked me on a Main Cabin seat (like the one I paid for in my original ticket instead of putting me a the last row on JFK->BOS leg, pocketing the difference in ticket price But I do not really care whether you will ever do that in a future because in a future neither I nor anyone from my company (unless they pay out of pocket) nor an of my clients and partners (if they heed my advice) will ever be caught dead on any of Delta flights

Really bad baggage handling. Had my Rimowa bag badly damaged at the latches.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

It was good until there was a 3 hour delay because there was not any pilots to fly the plane.

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

Generally poor experience with excessive luggage fees. Plane seats were very uncomfortable. Flight did not take off on time, however arrived on time. Boarding seems very inefficient.

Westjet requires you to check in on your cellular. This takes about 5 minutes compared to when there were live humans doing check in. Ultimately the machine meant to spit out boarding passes and baggage tag went into the pinwheel of death. I also got a sternly worded email telling me I was ineligible to check bags, even though I’d checked one. The dude who eventually checked me in barely grunted at me and didn’t give me a baggage check. Had my luggage gone missing, I don’t know how it would have gone. And then there is the chaos as people jammed huge carry ons into small overhead bins. Westjet is a cattle car.

WestJet ran out of dinner meals on a transatlantic flight. Crappy to have a bun and a bit of lettuce for food on a long and not inexpensive flight. Flight staff did not look for options to resolve.

Delayed 2 days in London England - very poor communication from Westjet

The Priority check in in Toronto rivalled the poorest I've experienced. The young woman at the desk (7:30 AM, YYZ) was unfriendly and abrupt, behaving as though we were interrupting her day. Her inch long fingernails said it all....I really don't belong here. Other than that, WestJet personnel provided a good travel experience, especially in flight. I must say that the repeated announcements about the cabin being full and how folks should gate check their bags became tedious. WestJet should just offer free checked luggage and charge for carry on suitcases. It would save a lot of time and the voices of the gate agents.

Wish there was an option to book a fellow traveler who is not necessarily paying on the same booking. Then the airline could consider placing us together. It was a long flight to be separated from travel buddy. The first meal, a luncheon I think was ok with warmish pasta and a tiny salad. The second meal, a midnight snack (hard to say because of the time change) was really awful pizza fold-ups, and no option for folks who cannot eat cheese.

It was a 35 minutes flight. Didn't expect much. You should add a 'not applicable' option to your survey.

The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.

My journey from Rome to Seattle contains two parts, first from Rome to YYC then transfer YYC to Seattle. First part from Rome to YYC was wonderful. Fly on times, easy boarding and comfortable seating and good meals. Second from YYC to Seattle is terrible, delayed three times before boarding. No meal, no water, no entertainment. Landed in some corner of airport , walking in bitter cold night and taking the bus. My friend told me that Westjet is the best airline in Canada, I doubt it

They lost our luggage and didn’t return it until 15 days AFTER we got back.
