Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks

Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

Carry on luggage size for economy passengers significantly smaller than other airlines, so nearly all ecomy passengers had their bags taken and checked.

Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.

On time flight, I requested wheelchair in Zurich , when I arrived they were no where to be found, I had one hour between flights I had to walk with great difficulty.

Far above average. The level of quality and service has really improved and passed most US carriers on this route. Go Edelweiss!

We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Aisle chair was good and liked the foot bar preventing you from putting your foot in the isle, The breakfast on this international flight to Zurich was horrible (Europeans, specially, used to good food) may make this a dealbreaker for booking with United Airlines again. I agreed with my Spanish fellow passenger.

Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.

First flight of the day… MINIMUM FUEL! 15 minute landing delay at HOU due to fog turned into a 2+ hour delay! Rather than circle, they had to divert to another city to refuel! Sat on tarmac at Austin to refuel. We ALL missed our connections! The crew, including pilots, were clueless. Crew was really a mess. At HOU, Untied employees were exceedingly rude to all. It was pitiful.

Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

my seat got changed twice after checking on then boarding it had been given to a family so by the time they found a seat for me no overhead storage left. i ended up losing my Sony Headphones case because i could even access underthe seat in front of my when deplaning.

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.

The only thing concerning was the delay. Otherwise, it was ok.

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

My son and I are 193 cm tall. We had reserved and paid for seats with extra leg room towards the front of the cabin. The day of the flight, we learned that Iberia had changed aircraft. We were assigned regular seats way back in the cabin. When we landed from our first leg we spoke with agents at the gate and we were told that they couldn’t improve our seats because the flight was full.

I am quite satisfied. The flight was on time and landed early. Staff was friendly.

I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.

Needed more info on connecting flight. Late flight made very short connection. Lost luggage that we still do not have!

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

LATE AGAIN. Seems like each time I use Air Canada there are delays ... extra 2 hours this time, making for a 22-hr day for me!!! The gate people did not seem to know what they were doing with loading people, unloading, checking carry-ons, letting some go ... very unorganized from Toronto to Detroit! Would have been faster to drive

Rouge needs to offer seats with better pitch in economy. Many sick people on a full flight.

Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!

Excellent in flight service, perhaps the best we've ever had. Business class feels tired and needs improvement to compete with other airlines. The food looked good but tasted terrible. Check in was quick, the flight arrived early and our luggage was on our flight with us.

Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.

My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.

Nothing can please you when you leave with five hours delay and boarding the airplane twice.

The flight was cancelled and the flight they booked me on in lieu of was repeatedly delayed, meaning my arrival time was delayed from about 8:30 pm until after midnight. The airline offered little explanation and no recompense for this 4-hour delay.

Nothing to say: I always have a good time with Air Canada
