The boarding gate is literally just an aisle to the concourse. There is no seating and it's shared with several other airlines. It's crowded, hot, and standing-room only. It's difficult to hear gate announcements over the PA system with too many other carriers crammed into a small space. I've enjoyed flying AA in the past on the west coast, but the BNA single gate experience is horrendous! Never again from BNA to SEA with AA.

I would have liked it to have been easier to order food for the flight. My son was not happy with the snack pack I bought him and it was a very long flight for a little boy to go without food.

It was a partial full flight. But even with a spare seat it was hard to get comfortable More on me being a wide body probably

Very close to on-time takeoff and landing. Attendants were all great - Julia was best! Joined the Alaska Air Rewards and will fly with them again!

Loved the gate agent and flight attendants. All were extremely helpful.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

It was really nice as always and i enjoyed the flight this time around wasn't as much turbulence.

There were no gluten free snacks and it wasn’t clear how to access entertainment.

watching out the window as the loaders bounced the luggage onto the carts as it was deplaned made me understand why some of my bags have been destroyed on the airline.
