Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.

I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.

I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer

Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.

When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

Nothing they cancelled my connection and couldn't get me on a flight for 3 more days

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

The flight was delayed till next day ! They kept delaying every 30 minutes then after 3 hours they delayed it till next day. We kept waiting in line standing more than an hour to get the hotel and meal vouchers. There was no communication at all. Everything was bad

It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old

I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.

Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight

Horrible. 4 hrs delayed with no explanation for the multiple push outs of time. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly and air vent above seat was partially clogged. Bathroom sink did not work. Anything else you want to know?

Delayed 6 times. Eventually rebooked and missed a whole day of my vacation. Hot mess

This is a new route from Philadelphia to Naples. It was sold out. The team on board was excellent. I’ve flown this route twice this year and the flight has been excellent. I hope American keeps the route.

Terrible. I did not like the delay without recourses to help passengers to get to their destinations. AA used to offer coupons for food and overnight accommodation, but not this time. The flight planning was terrible despite of all the current technology available; AA could have informed passengers better that the replacement flight is impossible today, instead of stringing passengers along for 6 hours before cancellation, so that passengers can make earlier alternative arrangements to get home.

It was a bus not a flight. Okay bus ride.
