Cons:Not being able to get a 24 hour visa to leave the airport and spending 10 hours waiting for the connecting flight at the airport
Pros:The on-board staff was friendly. Wish I had more good things to say.
Cons:Delays seem to be a hallmark of this airline. I could go on for pages about the lack of communication from this airline and how they made me have to stay in a hotel because of a delay, but the less said the better. What exactly are the qualifications for being a member of the SkyTeam? On-board entertainment? I just want TIMELY, safe and comfortable flights. Frills are nice, but not necessary, and do NOT make up for not consistently delivering these priorities. Not allowing the use of cell phones in airplane mode on-board was mildly inconvenient also. Having more than one bathroom on the planes would also be appreciated.
Pros:Nice crew, night food.

Pros:Entertainment options were great, as was the aircraft itself (787 Dreamliner)
Cons:Food was horrible, drinks were much less frequent (too infrequent for a long haul flight), I've never been told "we are out of wine" by the flight attendants on an international flight before. Also, the crew was all Chinese, despite the fact that we were flying to the U.S., I'd have appreciated some western flight attendants, as airlines from the States have Chinese crew on the flights between the U.S. and China. But that's China for you.
Pros:Slept like a rock.
Cons:Not much entertainment.
Pros:Flights ran on time. Price was less than other airlines
Cons:Crew was very rude. They spoke in Chinese even when I was speaking to them in English. My two luggages were left in China and was delivered to me two days later. No voucher was offered.
