Be prepared for departure delays at SFO while the runways are under construction. No fault of the airlines, so be flexible. Alaska is my favorite air line but needs to pay flight attendants for all the time they're at work, not just when in the air.

First time traveling on plane, everything was very easy for me.

The flight was delayed for about 3 hours . It would have been better if more explanation was given why. The flight crew was excellent and the service was great

The staff were nice and the plane was clean, but charging for everything beyond the ticket was, quite frankly, poor customer service on your part. A cross-country flight should include at least a sandwich and one checked bag. This was my first Alaska flight and was booked because of convenience, but it might not have been worth it because of the baggage fee. United had free wi-fi and free movies, at least. Southwest allows for one free checked bag and has prices comparable to yours.

I couldn't cancel or change my flight so I paid for nothing.

It was good - I was just squished in between two men so that was uncomfortable but otherwise everything was good

Flying any other airline, even Frontier is better than Alaska

Crew was great snacks could be approved upon. Healthier options

Whoever the lady was who helped me check my bags in at the kiosk was amazing. She had red hair and was maybe 5'2" or so. I never got her name, but she was an infinity sign on a scale of 1-10.

Free wifi. Already pay a ridiculous fee for checking bags. With all those profits, snacks and entertainment should be better than 1990s

Le nouveau règlement : lorsque la consigne attache vos ceintures est allumé Il faut prendre le bb de 1 mois sur soit il n’a plus droit d’être dans la nacelle . Le seul problème c’est que la consigne a été allumé tout le long du vol alors qu’il y a eu seulement deux secousses et très petite. Donc être avec bb dans les bras pendant 6 h c’est du sport et c’est hyper dangereux car on s’endort . C’est vraiment n’importe quoi . Le trajet était de nuit

I missed this flight due to delays on my previous flight.

This flight was awful all around. Delays on the tarmac at PHL before takeoff and at the tarmac in Chicago caused me to miss my final connection. This was completely avoidable, in my opinion.

The A321(?) model of the flight for 5+hrs has no seat back screens. Getting the american airlines wifi experience to watch movies on your own devices is not the same.

Crew never smiled, never helped , told me to make my own bed ( in Upper class), never offered a drink

For the money that I paid it was a good deal. I sat in the back of the plane and didn't pick a seat and my wife I sat together. Mission accomplished.

Seats are weirdly bent, I felt hunched the entire time.

Nothing exceptional. No drink of any type, even in first class was provided for the hour and half trip.

Paid for premium economy had no tv the whole time the crew tried to reset/reboot but would not work they said they would put a trouble ticket in for it. We had 3 seats my tv was the only one that didn't work. They cancelled our flight re worked us on another that left us at airport over night on the floor I have a ten year old and a 78 diabetic mother which also had shingles and suffers from nerve pain in legs and back. Requested wheelchair service at all airports after the re route NO wheelchair service was there to help. WORST experience we have ever had. Went to American airlines assistance it was closed. I AM FURIOUS!!! I expect some sort of compensation from this traumatic experience and no need for flying points we don't plan on using American airlines again!!!!

This is by far the worst experience I have had with American Airlines. The start of this trip was a complete disaster. I purposely planned my trip so that I would weather any delays so that I could make very important meeting at the Pentagon. My flight was cancelled because of maintenance and I was put on the first flight the next day but I was late to the meeting. After a long week at the Pentagon I just wanted to go home and my flight home which was early in the day was delayed. Eventually the flight was delayed until the next day. I was not authorized a hotel room because DCA was my point of origin. So I paid for a hotel out of pocket. The flight this morning was boarded then deplaned because the aircraft was hot. The flow of information was not happening in DCA and made it worse when the news was bad. I am going to take a break from American for my next few military flights. Hopefully whatever has been going on with American Airlines will be resolved.

We had a 2 hour delay. The seats were smaller than most other airlines. The person in front of us wanted to lay back and we had to stop her because she was pressing against my girlfriend’s legs. We had to ask her to sit up and not lay back due to the lack of room.
