The flight was about an hour late, and there was notable turbulence for a good part of it. But of course, that was not Alaska Air’s fault, and I think the crew did a good job of keeping it safe. Service suffered a little as a result (I wish I had been offered the option of purchasing food). Overall, it was ok, because we landed safe and sound. Thanks!

The flight was late getting in, so many were stressed. The snacks for a LONG flight was not enough.

The whole experience went very well except the rest rooms were a disaster

The entire flight was terrible. I recently had neurocervical surgery, and I needed a wheelchair to get to the gate. They were wonderful, truly. The flight staff was lovely, as well. Despite the need for assistance, I was put in the middle seat in the last row in front of the toilets. It was "policy" that I couldn't be moved. The pain I felt after the flight was astromnomical. The flight was so WARM, I was sweating, and the "air" did nothing to the stuffy feeling. The seats were uncomfortable, the plane itself was in bad/worn condition (although very clean - thanks to the staff) - and the flight was definitely rocky (not the pilot's fault, of course). All in all - one of the worst flights I've ever taken. The humans were wonderful!! You have a really great team. But your flight policies and your plane are absymal. For what you charge, you need to upgrade your plane and your policies.

Clean plane, relatively spacious in Main Cabin. One experience: I'm 79, with torn rotator cuff (R shoulder). I asked for help getting my carryon into the overhead bin and was told that the staff "does not help with this" (or some such phrase. On previous flights, help has been offered (and accepted). I prevailed on a fellow passenger for this. Also, why not board back to front?? Would this not help in the speed of boarding?

Not a good experience, we were delayed by an hour due to maintenance issues.

No tv, movies for a 6 hour flight! Worst airline I have ever travelled!

The seats were incredibly small and the attendants were grumpy the whole time.

Staff great. Tight seating. Pretzels and drink same as any other airline.

Long flights are best when the seats have movies and shows to watch.

I'm a larger, athletic guy (6'2", 260lbs powerlifter) and I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable with minimal leg room, especially in a window seat. Now, I full understand that being smaller may change my view but even if I was 80lbs less, my legs would be the same size and I was sandwiched between my seat and the seat in front of me.

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

The helpful attitude of the staff, and being a wheelchair passenger everyone was helpful and understanding. The trip was made comfortable by the upgraded seat which was given without my request, that was a great surprise. Thank you Delta.

Everything went well with the flight. But one of the flight attendants had on inappropriate pants. She had on an old worn out pair of sweat pants. The back seam was unrivaled and should not have been worn for work. If I had not seen her in the airport with the standard type of luggage, I certainly would not have thought she was working for Delta. Not a good look at all for representation.

The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied

The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.

My seat was broken I couldn’t put it back I have really bad back issues , the flight was 5 hours delayed and there was a drink dude harassing the entire flight

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

Parents with kids should all be in the same area. Sounds rude but who what's to fly 6hrs with crying and bratty kids. Just my opinion.

Ok, so I didn’t have seats, so got there very early. I was first in line only to be told, listen for your name for seats. The flight was boarding before they gave me a middle seat, way after others showed up who were given more favorable treatment. Ok, so , don’t show up early and obey all the rules??? Clearly, your gate clerks did not. What gives???

Short flight but delayed. Since its a short flight no food or entertainment necessary

We had an awesome flight attendant who came by and made sure we were okay. Checked on us often and even shared some snacks that she had brought on, like edamame with chili and garlic seasoning. Yummy!

Overall good experience. I'm just over 6ft with long legs and legroom could be better, but is on par with other airlines. Only real negative was turbulence but that's not the airlines fault.

First flight got cancelled. Got booked for another flight departing 3.5 hours later which ended up being 1hr delayed... The flight was good when we finally ended up flying.

flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing

Nice flight, nice crew but no cookie or napkin with my seltzer.

The flight was canceled. Got rebooked to Chicago and when we arrived our luggage where to there. They were going to our original destination the day after. They would not deliver them to our house. We had to go pick them up.

737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.

Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..

WiFi connected but only let you go to the AA website, not even text messaging worked.

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

Our flight was delayed for the following reason. No captain for our initial departure time with pushed our departure time back by two hours and to make matters worse there was a rain delay. American Airlines needs to do better with staffing the flights
