The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks

we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

The Zurich airport is a disaster with to small trains running between the terminals, the trains was overfilled (not good in Corona times). It was no directions in the airport with proper lines so you did not know if you ere standing in the right line. They checked your passport 3 times in the airport = a lot of standing in line. Service on the plane could be a lot better, The cabin crew could have offer more to drink (water, coffee, tea), the food sucked.

Overall a good experience, the flight was on time, the crew very attentive and friendly. However the seats are too cramped, there is no space, and as soon as the person in front reclines the seat, it's literally in your face.

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.

Boarding was a zoo. London ground crew was useless. Poor communication regarding where to line up. We were group 2, and everyone was jammed in together. Ground crew didn’t seem to care.

My tv didn’t work, crew had to reset it 6 times, it worked for 3 minutes and started acting crazy clicking random items on screen automatically. Plus only one side of earphones worked, blanket was too think and small.

It was listed as a business class flight. The seats were economy, size, and the plane was not modern or configured to have a proper business class. I was very disappointed. Given the fact I paid for business class seating, and did not receive it.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Didn't have bar code on our phone based boarding pass. People at the counter didn't notice. We walked to security, couldn't get through, had to go back to check in to get a paper boarding pass.

Terrible, we missed a flight from our multi city itenerary and the airline canceled our last flight returning home. Neither Underpricer & the airline informed us and did nothing to help and had to buy new tickets... a nightmare!!!! Never booking through Kayak/underpricer again

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.

Service from staff was poor, food choices were limited. Air plane was not clean or hygienic and seemed like not cleaned for days. Seats were uncomfortable.
