Flight was canceled less than 6 hours before takeoff, rebooked on a flight that was twice as long and left earlier so we couldn’t make it, when using text support option took over 2 hours to speak with someone.

worst trip ever Spirit lost our Baggs which were never put on the plane in Atlanta. 24 hours ago they are telling me now that the bags are still missing.
The flight was fine. The itinerary change from original booking was not good. We were originally leaving at 12:50 pm. The change to 8:29pm put us getting home in the early morning hours the next day. Then having to wait over an hour on the ground for a parking place to get off the plane was exhausting.
I had a death in my family and booked my flight on Spirit. My flight was cancelled the morning of my flight, no explanation, no help to rebook, nobody to talk to. The next available flight was 2days later !!!! Terrible airline, will NEVER fly with them again!
Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.
The agent at the check in desk was absolutely rude. The rest of the team after that was good, but the check in process at LAS was miserable. The woman at the desk spoke like we were stupid and was rude throughout the process.
Awful experience. Both flights were delayed several times with weather but also crew members being the official cause. The vouchers are unusable and insufficient ($50 voucher to fly the same crappy airline is a joke for putting me on a red-eye that landed at 3:00 am). The aircrafts were old and uncomfortable (have a real pocket on the seat, for crying out loud!).
the landing was terrible. the plane touched down and had take off. the plane flew around and landed a second time.i understand the weather might of been the problem. It was a scary experience and no explanation from the captain.
Plane two hours late. Missed flight to Boston. Spirit should have already reticketed us at the last jet blue flight. But no. No help, only confusion. Reticketing line a mile long. Agent couldn’t care less whether I lived or died. Offered flight two days later - unacceptable. Now going - hopefully - via Orlando to Boston with a 7 hour layover. There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.
I brought a ticket and car rental through Travelocity. There was no where to add a KTN. So I thought i’d add it by looking up ticket on frontier website. I tried 3 times with the frontier chat bot to add my KTN it never updated my boarding pass. So then I tried showing up early to do it in person at the airport. The first employee update my ktn in the system and gave me a new boarding pass. I was sent back by tsa to join regular line. Then I was told to add my Ktn. It would cost me $25 extra. Given the length of the cue I did pay. Congratulations! BUT I will NEVER fly frontier again. Plus the plane was very old. It had actual ashtrays and old looking tray backs. Worst travel experience ever. Im warning my friends and family not to use frontier ever.
When we arrived we lasted 48 minutes to be able to get off the plane without air and the plane turned off more than half of the passengers because after they started to leave they realized that the bridge was defective
Everything was good, 20/30 minutes late waiting on a crew member. It’s hard to keep employees. Or serious employees I know. I remember one flight from Houston of Frontiers was almost 18 hours late. And another 4 hours late very poor. But I would rather be late and safe than the on the news. Thank you.
Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.
I have come to accept Frontier as an absolute no-frills airline, paying for everything I want. A 4.5-hour flight should provide me with a complimentary beverage—rather, $4.9x for a soda. Or a bottle of water ought to be extended at no cost. 4 beers are on the menu, but only 1 type of beer is available (at $9.95). Also, so many restrictions to using a voucher from Barclay‘s Credit Card. Finally, try to reach a live agent for Frontier- impossible!
I liked the speed of boarding and getting to destination and flexibility to change seats when available. The flight attendants were very rude, however.
I like that the flight was not overcrowded, and I felt had space to spread out a little more. The flight was smooth for the most part no major turbulence. The crew was pretty good accommodating and professional.. the fellow passengers were cool as well… all good! Snacks always makes things better, but of course there were no snacks.

Great option to American Airlines. Affordable prices when compared to AA. Prices in AA to and from Puerto Rico are like Fly Emirates to Kwait.
The flights were right on time. The issue that was the most difficult was the lack of legroom on the planes
Boarding started earlier but was not updated on any screen. We only heard the overhead call for final boarding. The plane sat on the tarmac for over an hour after landing.
Horrible and unprofessional staff. Plane was unkept and security lacking. Agents bickering over which one was going to print my boarding pass.
Besides there were several delays, they wouldn’t give me my boarding pass for both my connecting flights (even though due to the delays I had an extremely short time to get to my second flight). When I went to the counter at my connection, two agents were bickering about who was going to help me. One continued saying she was quitting and the other should tell their boss she’s not coming in the next day. Staff was extremely unprofessional, plane cleanliness and security was lacking. This was my first and last time using Silver Airlines.
My flight was cancelled from Gainesville. I was able to get on another flight on Friday. Will see if this one cancels also?

I am very disappointed. I booked with kiwi when I got to the airport there was no reservation I had to purchase another ticket after my card was already charged for almost double the cost I payed through kiwi eight days after I went to their office in Tortola and they refuse to give me a receipt so that I can cancel the original payment. They said “ there is no record that you used silver to travel “ I know I did not swim to Puerto Rico . If someone can help me please so that I can cancel the payment the credit card company said I need it, I have less than 14 days or I will loose my money. This is terrible and there is no local number for them.
I booked because of time of the flights. I needed to be at my destination at a specific time, and missed my appointment because of your delays.Get rid of these junk planes. The ATR planes are dated old scary planes. And maybe you could actually be on time. This airlines on time record is horrible. The communications between the gate agents and this company dont exist.. They couldn't give any answers,. When trying to find out when the flight would leave, they get no response when they asked for details on flights, they receivedconflicting information. I felt bad for the gate agents having to deal with Silver's inability to communicate simple information. This is my last choice in air travel. On time flights are everywhere, and both flights I took were delayed. It's a sad company.
The flight itself was good and the flight attendant was very good.
It was awesome until we ran into some bad weather but the pilots did an amazing job getting us to safety and landed
If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!
