LOCKED MY BAG WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to have my zippers cut upon arrival in Costa Rica.
Terrible legroom, seats do not recline, tray table the size of an iPhone, delayed flight, have to pay 5$ to get a cup of water onboard.
Could have TV/Movie and some water ou soda free
The crew was the best and very accommodating I know you don't offer any complimentary items but water and coffee will not break the bank !!

They seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Avoid flying spirit, they will bump you to another flight without thinking twice so they can sell your seat, no joke.
The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They upcharge you for bags and the gate agent shoved my phone in my face. We contacted Spirit customer service and they did not help us. I will never fly spirit again
The flight was over two hours delayed from Honduras and over 3 hours delayed from the connecting flight. Ridiculous!!!
Delayed as always, which I guess is better than cancelled. You get what you pay for.
