On-time flight. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food offering upfront could be better.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

Larger seats on this plane made the ride reasonably comfortable. Our next flight, from Lisbon to Copenhagen, was inconsiderately tight and stressful. The seats were smaller, space between rows was very limited (no button or mechanism to even slightly incline anyone’s seat), and leg-cramping under the seat in front. Just like sardines in a can. Really felt for all the tall Danes on the flight. Their knees were pressed against the seat in front throughout the flight.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

Ground staff at Rome gate & boarding were rude and unhelpful

Boarding was late by 30 min due to a bus missing to take us to the plane... And then the flight was delayed by about 90 minutes, in a 60 min flight

Everything was nearly perfect, and TAP staff were especially helpful when we missed our connecting flights and had to get on the next flight to Rome. The only aspect that could have been better was boarding: it was somewhat disorganized, which created a bit of stress. But in the end, everyone got on the plane, so the less-then-perfect boarding process did not take away from the overall excellent experience.

My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...

Appreciate free wine and entertainment plus good meals. Also leg room

Terrible- the flight time was delayed and then I was denied boarding because I arrived at the new time of departure

I would have preferred something lighter for the second meal. Maybe a small sandwich .

I declined a wheelchair in Vienna as I was told it was a short walk. However, though I "boarded" the bus first, I was at the back when we got to the plane. There were steps up to the plane and no-one helped except the stewardess as I was near the top of the stairs. She found a better seat for me also.

Horrible connection in Heathrow on flight to destination. Flight missed due to delay on incoming flight. They did rebook us, and then that flight was delayed 2 hours. They don’t post gate info until 45 minutes to departure time which can cut it close if you have to take a tram to your terminal gate area. Then our return flight was completely cancelled. They notified us at 4:30AM. They rebooked us on a different airline and a different fare class. We were completely screwed. Travel day ended up being 30 hours. I will never fly them again.

There's no inflight entertainment, plane was old, power USB didn't work

Terrible! I missed my flight to my final destination and British airlines and American Airlines keep pointing fingers on each other’s. Nobody wants to take responsibility

Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.

The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.

Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.
