I ordered a 7 passenger + 3 bags and when I went to pick up vehicle they did not have that particular vehicle. I had a 7 passenger / 1 bag Tahoe and not Suburban. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable journey. Will not rent through Kayak or Hertz...Budget

I requested an airport rental when I searched and when I went to the Enterprise desk at the airport I was told that it was off site. When I asked if they could come close to the rate it would have doubled. I had to take a $22 Uber to get the off site location. Of course I had missed that this was off site rental, but I would think Kayak could have highlighted that fact when reserving since my search was for an airport rental.
