We stood on the tarmac for over an hour. Very bad turbulence the whole ride. Very to get to the restroom.

Our first flight was so delayed that we had 10 mins to board the next one. We requested if the flight attendant could allow us off there plane first and they denied our request even though I have seen this done before. Luck was on our side that we didn’t miss our next flight.

It was good. I wish you had gluten free snacks for my husband.

Worse experience especially since there were delays and unreasonable accommodations made

The flight in it self was good. The delays looking for pilots was unexpected.

Having a direct flight between Pittsburgh and Austin makes traveling so easy.

Lost my bags with all my ski gear and only gave me $500 to get new gear. They don't even know where my bags are. I was stuck in Denver airport from 10am yesterday until 12pm today and then stuck in Hayden airport for 3 hours waiting to find out where my bags are.

This flight left late. We had A46/A47 boarding, but SW boarded 45 people from an interrupted flight ahead of us. It was a zoo. Seats are very uncomfortable, even for a 5’8” person of normal BMI.

The crew was very helpful, nice friendly. The only issue I have was the horrible turbulence that we experienced leaving Dallas love field airport. It lasted about 20 minutes I think.

Baggage check in would have been better if the service clerk told the other clerk that she was merging her two long lines of customers with her line so she could move luggage. Instead she only told the customers. When I told the agent and ask if she could direct who is next in line so we weren’t trying to cut in front of each other she said it’s not her problem and she can’t work three lines. I was shocked. Understood that they were working more than their share but some organization so the customers aren’t getting upset at each other would have gone a long way

Everything was great. Flight was on time with no issues. It was a short connecting flight so ww didn't have food offered. The gate we got off at was very close to our connecting flight gate so that was very easy.

Great flight. No problems. Everett Airport was so easy to get into and out of. Great alternative to SeaTac. Alaska was excellent!

It was warm on the plane. Perhaps the people who were coughing quite often should be encouraged to wear a mask?! It was a long 4 hours.

There was a medical emergency on board the crew handled it very professionally and the ambulance crew as well. I am very impressed. Thank you Clyde Barron 31 D

Pilot warned us it was going to be bumpy, which I usually like when it is, but it wasn't, so I spent most of the flight unnecessarily wondering when it was going to get rough. Just can't win sometimes. Ha!

Checking in was very easy. Boarding and the flights went smoothly.

Flight was changed twice. Original flight was scheduled at 5:30pm. Weeks before flight, flight was changed to 7:00pm. On the date of flight, flight was delayed and departed at 9:00pm. This caused many problems and significantly affected our schedule at our destination.

Flight was on time. Transfer was in same terminal. Flight attendants were very accommodating. .

I enjoyed the leg room at my seat, but I was in an exit row.

Why do you ask about food when only a snack is served? Actual food needs to be bought.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The flight was short. However, my bag was delayed and was put on another flight.

Left from gate 30 minutes before flight. Never been late to a flight ever. It says 15 minutes before explicitly on the ticket.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

Missed the flight because of them and up geting a rental car

Flight was fine. It took an unusually long time to have baggage delivered to the carousel in ORD.

I arrived to the airport 2 hours before my American Airlines flight was scheduled to take off. I have TSA pre-check. The airport was crazy packed when I arrived. After momentarily standing in the pre-check line, the TSA agent said that I am not pre-check. Of course I said that I am because I entered my KTN number on all my traveling sites and programs. I had to get out of line and go back to the AA counter to discover that American Airlines did not add my KTN to my boarding pass. I had to call TSA to find out my number, then have AA enter it onto my boarding pass. The emblem would not load onto my boarding pass. By this time, I decided to use my Clear in order to get through TSA but the line was ridiculous long. By the time I made through TSA, I missed my 11:08am flight and was re-booked for the 5:30pm. This is after the AA employee told me I should have gotten to the airport early. AA use to be a dependable airline not I use them only if I have too.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

Was as expected. Good leg room on planes - much appreciated.
