My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

Moderate size plane, not completely full, easy boarding, some rows with just 2 seats so a couple can have a row to themselves

The flight was actually good the staff was all friendly, but I have to give it a bad rating because my luggage was damaged and I was not able to claim that it was damaged. I only realized it once I got to my hotel and when I tried to contact Air Canada it was almost impossible. The number give to make claims is only for US & Canada yet I was in Seoul, when I tried contacting the number for Seoul I was once again told to call the other number or to return to the airport (which was not possible at the moment). So very disappointed that there was no way to claim my damaged bag and now I have to try to get a new bag while on vacation.

Mess up with not assigning my husband a seat when our two tickets were purchased at the same time. They put us on standby. We were almost bumped off the plane at the gate before departure. Luckily someone volunteered to get a later flight.

The flight itself was ok the staff was great and so was the inflight food. The biggest problem was that my luggage was damaged (the zipper pull from both sides of the zipper where completely ripped out) and I didn’t notice at the airport but at the hotel and when I tried to make a claim it was not possible for me because I have to either call (which is difficult because I’m in another country) I tried to call every nombre given to me but the one that I need I was never able to contact and going back to the airport was not an option. So it’s basically impossible to make a claim if you are abroad. Very disappointed that there are no other ways to claim a damaged bag and now I need to buy a new luggage while on my trip.

Pretty good service and US Migratory officers providing services in Canada was awesome, because the arrival was quick and smooth

Rouge needs to offer seats with better pitch in economy. Many sick people on a full flight.

Overall, I would have to say my experience with Air Canada was mediocre their DC tens. Need to be updated not comfortable at all. Only one out of my four flights was decent. The staffing was very nice. Going through customs in Montreal was quick and easy. Air Canada has room for improvement with their facilities.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Crew was very respectful and ready to serve. Much better than before.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

Efficient boarding. Good flight but seats were quite uncomfortable considering we'd already been sitting on two flights, total 13 hours or so. Would have liked to have prices on the menu of amenities on the plane. We could have used more water. Restrooms and nonalcoholic beverages at no extra cost, not much else. I realize these were discount tickets, and the airline has to break even, so I can't say we were expecting amenities to be plentiful. Still, it's nice with long flights to discover a few. Very pleasant crew though.

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

Everything could be better. The plain was in Orlando for 3 hours prior to boarding. After boarding all the passengers they found out that plane has a mechanical problem. After an hour the problem was solved, the pilot comes on and states, (We have to go back to the gate and take on more fuel!) Are you kidding me???? Who they have for pilots, Boy scouts?? I barely made my connecting flight to Vienna, but my suitcase did not. I'm still waiting for it, in Gyor, Hungary. Am I having fun yet?? Other passenger were in the same binned. I travelled all over the world both for business and pleasure with all types of airlines. By far of all the carriers I travelled with, Discover is the worst. I'm contemplating to bight the bullet and go back to the US with a different carrier. For International flights, the seats are made for little people. The person in front of me had his seat reclined the whole way, I felt like he was sitting in my lap. For closing, I would not let my dog travel with Discover, yet alone recommend it to an other person. Does it sound like I'm frustrated, Think about having to travel back to the US with them. I'm sure I'll not hear back from you, because nobody wants to hear about bad news, but with all the hype Discover puts out there about their services, nothing could be further from the truth. Terrible. There was a rattling noise the whole flight. The internet didn't work after I paid. Boarding is very disorganized.

Try to humanize onboarding and take AI out. It's embarrassing and useless

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

Always late , never on time people rushing to catch their connection flight , the only punctuality of air algerie is for sure they delay the flight

3hours deleyed, absolutely horrible day.,horrible company.,bad service.,they should check the flight if it safe before letting the passengers in .. it was a technical problem ( very hot temperatures inside the flight) we had to come back and change the flight.never again with this company

It was a short haul trip, so food and entertainment weren’t a big issue

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!
