Cons:
After calling Alamo main reservation to make sure they had a car and everything went through. When I arrive no car. Lady at desk said they were all out. And they should have never told me they had a car for me. Poor customer service2.0 Poor

The third party insurance that was sold to me online. Thought I was purching it from the car renta0 company who wedsite I was on. It did nothing if any accident would have accused it still would have gone through my insurance So it is very misleading10.0 Wonderful

When my flight got delayed we decided to rent a car and drive in order to make our connection. I booked on kayak in less than a minute while sitting at the gate. Car was ready for us 5 mins later when we got yo the rental desk.4 locations in Augusta

You guys could have a better grasp of inventory. I was sent to 2 different places with reassurance that they cars only to be told they have nothing. I even spoke with customer service line who said the same thing. After giving me the run around, I was told very nonchalantly and rudely ’there is nothing we can do for you. Try again tomorrow. Goodbye.’ Very inconvenient and inconsistent. Very little care about peoples time or plans. Should change a lot of things.8.4 Very good

Easy pick up and drop off despite the covid19 pandemic.Cons:
The car wasn't the most comfortable and the visibility out the back window wasn't very good. Also knowing we were traveling through a state with electronic tolls, they could have been more informative about whether there is a service fee or not. I was told there wouldn't be but there was an additional $8 charge!10.0 Wonderful

Drop off super easy and they returned a fairly valuable item I had left in the car via their Lost n Found department. That turned what could have been a sour ending to our trip into a very positive view of Enterprise.Cons:
The car was not quite a clean as it could have been a pick up. However it may have been one of the busiest weeks of the year for them in Augusta with the Masters just getting over that day.2 locations in Augusta

Augusta pick up location was understaffed, the one agent was doing her best to take care of customers. My vehicle was filthy inside with sticky stuff all around. The agent did take the time to try to wipe it down and had Sears agents clean off the exterior. 2 agents could make a world of difference2.0 Poor

I paid a premium to drop a vehicle off at a different location than I picked it up at ($122 for a one day rental). The vehicle was a crappy Kia Rio that had a super low and uncomfortable passenger seat (my husband is 6'5" and couldn't see over the dash...) Here's the kicker.. I ended up driving the EXACT same car back for the return part of my trip... dropping the car at the original pick up location. So, essentially, I paid a premium to drive a crappy car for Avis back to it's original location. The car also smelled like smoke.One location in Augusta
