Pros:Brand new car which was very clean and drove great.
Cons:Customer Service -The employees, two different ones might I add, that I interacted with during pick up and drop off said very few words and were anything but friendly. Miscellaneous -During pick-up I was told the car had a full tank of gas so I would have to return it with a full tank. Well the car had a quarter of a tank which we did not noticed until we pulled off the lot and given traffic we were unable to return to the location to have this documented on my account so I decided to call the location which was a mistake. I tried calling for 4 hrs so you can imagine how many phone calls that was and not one employee picked up the phone the entire time. I ended up having to call the 1-800 number and it was finally documented that I picked up the car with a 1/4 of a tank. -also during pick up the employee that brought the car around and is supposed to walk around the vehicle looking for scratches said it's a new car their are none and would not walk the car to inspect. -When I returned the car I was handed my receipt and luckily I looked at the bill because they had charged me $63 for not returning the car with a full tank. I explained the situation in addition to the employee in the garage whom received the car marked on the paperwork that it was returned with a half a tank which is more than the quarter of a tank we received the car at. The employee argued with me before he realized he made a mistake all while rolling his eyes as if this was my mistake and I was causing him an issue. Overall-- I would never rent from this location again or to be honest budget as a whole and will be returning to hertz whom has always provide exceptional customer service.
