Had a long layover in rainy Chicago. The staff were attentive - my husband needed a wheelchair due to a recent fall and unsteady on his feet. They are wonderful for those of us who need a bit of extra care. My only complaint was discovered upon unpacking our suitcases at home. One (we had 3 carry on size and one just a bit larger) had water damage to everything inside. All the clothing (just happened to be the case with the clean clothes) were wet. I know it was raining, but why would items inside be wet? The paperwork packed in this case was damp with ink running. There were momentos from our 10-day European vacation that I was hoping to scrapbook - but alas, they will be scrapped - too damaged to keep. The boxes of French chocolate were damp on the outside. My expensive camera now has a cracked screen and a Gaudi tea-for-one was cracked - even though it was packed in clothing. I know it happened on this flight as I repacked all four suitcases before leaving New York in the morning. My first unhappy experience with luggage at Southwest.

Long layover in Chicago. Wish that could have been lessened.

Long delay due to mechanical issues. They should have just swapped the plane and not make us wait while they figure it out. Disappointed

I like SW’s approach to seating. This flight was about 1/2 hr late. The seats are uncomfortable. The snacks have too many ingredients to be food.

Really full flight, checked in ASAP and still mid Cs.

no entertainment options available on a 4+ hour flight. packed in like sardines. one bathroom. late flight.

Flight was delayed but they still boarded us early knowing we were delayed. Were not able to move about the plane the majority of the flight.

Cons: "The flight attendant was beyond rude and was not helpful at all and she seemed like she had a bad day from the beginning of the flight , unfortunately I couldn’t see her name batch, but it was the first time in southwest seeing someone like this . Not OK"
Pros: "Seat terribly uncomfortable. Too hard and too small. No leg room."
Cons: "Redesign plane seating to be comfortable for real human beings. Now it's a form of torture to fly. No, it's not just SW. It's all airlines. I hope someone pulls together a massive class action suit against all the airlines for how cramped you've made everything, just so you make more profits. I used to love flying. Now I hate it, because it is sooooo uncomfortable."
Cons: "Incoming plane was delayed, so we got out of the gate late, missed our intended takeoff the slot, and sat on the runway for an hour and a half. Crew apparently unable to offer extra snacks, drinks, entertainment, or anything. Certainly not their fault, but and unpleasant experience nonetheless"

The TSA line took over an hour and half to get through due to being understaffed and only having one scanner open. I got to my gate with five minutes to spare only to find out my flight left 8 minutes early. I needed help rebooking and had to pay to get a new ticket and was grounded for 24 hours. Not the greatest experience to start things off and had to completely rework my trip to accommodate the situation.

Being seated next to the engine was awful! I was nauseous the entire trip from pre-take-off, flying to landing. The engine vibration was very strong!

Everything was great but there were no entertainment options available.

I would have appreciated notification that our flight was moved to another gate LAST MINUTE so that we would not have missed it. We got no such notice and had to spend another night to catch an available flight in the morning, which was huge inconvenience. We will never fly Alaska again.

Flight was delayed 2 hours. It was too cold inside the cabin. My seat mate had no jacket so she was shivering the entire flight. The stewardess says there’s no available blanket.

Liked premium seat. Did not like: having to pay for entertainment/wi-fi; having to pay for food; single-aisle; and, only three rest rooms.

The plane had to sit on the tarmac for 45 minutes once it had landed. Not Alaska’s fault.

The airline was way too cold. We were freezing, I don’t know if that is normal. Overall it was pretty good flight. Always flown Alaska Airlines and I am not changing.

No prob with entertainment-would have selected n/a if it had been an option. No entertainment-flight was only a short hop. Great flight,

The people who worked for Alaska Airlines, both on the ground at O'Hare and during the flight, made it remarkable for me. Their customer service is incredible; they're kind of like the Nordstrom of the sky.

3 hours late and all they have is was a $12 meal voucher. That’s not even enough to cover fast food.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.

If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.

You could have not cancelled the flight (AA, which I will be flying from now on) left for BOS despite the fictitious weather issues (that no one in my Boston family could see). You could have rebooked my direct flight to another direct flight instead of sending me though JFK, the worst US airport after O’Hara You could have rebooked me on a Main Cabin seat (like the one I paid for in my original ticket instead of putting me a the last row on JFK->BOS leg, pocketing the difference in ticket price But I do not really care whether you will ever do that in a future because in a future neither I nor anyone from my company (unless they pay out of pocket) nor an of my clients and partners (if they heed my advice) will ever be caught dead on any of Delta flights

Really bad baggage handling. Had my Rimowa bag badly damaged at the latches.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

It was good until there was a 3 hour delay because there was not any pilots to fly the plane.

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!

They put me on a chair in between two men, one overweight who was almost falling on top of me, and the other was even uncomfortable because I was half falling because of what the other was pushing me. I stayed with. my feet were swollen from fluid retention and from being unable to accommodate myself. it was very uncomfortable. I asked for help but they told me that the flight was full and they couldn't help me. I got off the plane almost unable to walk due to the inflammation. and then at FLL airport I asked for help because I couldn't go to my next flight, which was a connection.

The walk from baggage claim to the taxi is very difficult for older people I will never fly into JFK again. It is physically challenging

Overall fine but both ways for this trip was delayed.

Flight was delayed by almost 5 hours. Suitcase was not loaded despite the flight being near empty (my colleagues’ suitcases did reach JFK, unlike mine). Had to argue on phone to get JetBlue to deliver the case to my hotel. Never again

The flight was excellent. The crew was welcoming and attentive.

Great! I love Jet Blue. My favorite airline! Very efficient, clean and timely.

Run out of snack choices. Why are the seats not padded for your butt? Are we sitting on blocks of wood or metal for $250-300 a pop? This ain’t spirit. Let’s get it together people

We were told that our flight would be delayed for 90+ minutes because of weather, so we went to get something to eat only to have them randomly start boarding 15 minutes after the announcement, with no warning.

Entertainment... No earphones passed out. Many including me couldn't use the TV. Legroom was good. Crew was indifferent and a bit surly. Free wifi was a nice convenience. Check in desk location was unknown. Gate number on the boarding passes was wrong.

Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.

The plane was not on time for boarding or departure or arrivals.

When we landed, they kept us on the plane for almost 25 minutes. Could do better.

The flight was fine. The itinerary change from original booking was not good. We were originally leaving at 12:50 pm. The change to 8:29pm put us getting home in the early morning hours the next day. Then having to wait over an hour on the ground for a parking place to get off the plane was exhausting.

Seats suck, not enough room, overcrowded planes, hectic situation all together.

On time and fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

3 hour delay was brutal though not Spirit Airlines fault. the control tower would not let us take off because of weather

Beware of all the extras. Nickel and dimed. Everything was extra. It turns a $90 fare in to a $400 fair quite easily.

It would have been nice to have been on the flight

It wasn’t as horrible as I would have expected, however, to not provide water and change so much for bags is a ripoff to say the least.

It’s been awhile since we have flown and impressed by the changes we saw! Customer service was great. On board and before
