Backpack should NOT allowed put in the flight bin , only put it under the seat. I can't find space put my carry on luggage!!! and I pay for it ! that was very bad experience

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

I arrived to the airport 2 hours before my American Airlines flight was scheduled to take off. I have TSA pre-check. The airport was crazy packed when I arrived. After momentarily standing in the pre-check line, the TSA agent said that I am not pre-check. Of course I said that I am because I entered my KTN number on all my traveling sites and programs. I had to get out of line and go back to the AA counter to discover that American Airlines did not add my KTN to my boarding pass. I had to call TSA to find out my number, then have AA enter it onto my boarding pass. The emblem would not load onto my boarding pass. By this time, I decided to use my Clear in order to get through TSA but the line was ridiculous long. By the time I made through TSA, I missed my 11:08am flight and was re-booked for the 5:30pm. This is after the AA employee told me I should have gotten to the airport early. AA use to be a dependable airline not I use them only if I have too.

The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀

Poor on time performance. Flight was delayed due to a lightbulb. No updates from the pilot. Plane was dirty and hot, AC didn't work well.

Flight operated on tie. However, the in-flight entertainment was inoperative. No special recognition as an Executive Platinum member.

Flight was canceled and then rescheduled on another flight. Paid for first class but moved to the back of the plane. Then put up in the worst/dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. American Airlines should be ashamed of putting their passengers/customers in a place that filthy.

So i was checked in for the seat number 40K. Unfortunately my seat was not able to recline which end up having very uncomfortable 15 hours flight.

This plane is my favorite despite the very limited overhead space. Seats are comfortable!

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

Easy booking process and great follow up notifications. Need to improve boarding process and flight crew should be more personable and friendly with passengers.

Nothing can please you when you leave with five hours delay and boarding the airplane twice.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

I used to fly aeromexico yvr to sjo c.rica. they charged me extra $450 can when they messed up my flight as stuck in mex city . Their plane broke down 5 hrs delaying flights . I decided next time ,as this time air Canada to c.rica vacation . I rate my trip as excellent overall. I only wish there was an option to pay for meals on booking the trip. 4 or 5 hours long time no food only drinks free. Therefore please give option for a better meal like I'm used to . I am going to flair Canada 100% next trip . Thanks geaciss David Allan of Langley bc . .

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.

I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
