Flight was cancelled and couldn’t reschedule. Had to rebook on southwest.

High winds with a lot of turbulence, but expected with winds. Otherwise it was fast and excellent!!

Expect many people do not have masks on or have the nose is hanging ride over the top of them

Pros: "I always love flying Alaska Airlines. Great crew, service, comfortable flights."
Cons: "These flights are always cold. Not sure anything can be done but dress warm if you are flying to outlying areas in Alaska"
Pros: "Crew. Light hearted and didn’t take herself too seriously."
Pros: "Have to fly first class to get a meal. That’s a bit excessive."
Cons: "For a first class seat it didn’t recline very well. Had to mash the hell out of button and force back a bit. Not exactly a first class flight. Entertainment hand held had dead battery. Still not exactly first class."

Everything was great but there were no entertainment options available.

The crew was the best I’ve had the experience of flying with. A misbehaving child was making things difficult for me with bopping my tray table, taking my snack, and continually tapping or bumping me. The crew quietly and respectfully moved me to another seat, and thanked me for my patience. They couldn’t have been more kind. Their professionalism really stood out to me and I am more than happy to leave a great review for them!

It was okay. Gate crew could be better organized. Wheelchair service for my mother was late as we deplaned. Flight crew was alright. I’ve seen better and worse.

I would have appreciated notification that our flight was moved to another gate LAST MINUTE so that we would not have missed it. We got no such notice and had to spend another night to catch an available flight in the morning, which was huge inconvenience. We will never fly Alaska again.

Flight was delayed 2 hours. It was too cold inside the cabin. My seat mate had no jacket so she was shivering the entire flight. The stewardess says there’s no available blanket.

Liked premium seat. Did not like: having to pay for entertainment/wi-fi; having to pay for food; single-aisle; and, only three rest rooms.

The plane had to sit on the tarmac for 45 minutes once it had landed. Not Alaska’s fault.

The airline was way too cold. We were freezing, I don’t know if that is normal. Overall it was pretty good flight. Always flown Alaska Airlines and I am not changing.

Unlike Ravn and Grabt, these are new planes. But this plane was late due to reshuffling

Cons: "It was late and bumpy. Grant is always an adventure."
