The car was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I really dislike getting a car that doesn't have a full tank of gas and being tol to bring it back with the same amount of gas. It means that Enterprise will always get back more gas than you had at the beginning!One location in Richmond

At drop off in Hanford California the staff was very helpful and apologetic for the condition of the vehicle that I received from the pick up location in Kentucky.Cons:
The company in Kentucky where I rented the vehicle did not clean the vehicle, wash the dead bugs off the windshield, did not service the vehicle before I rented it. I had to replace the windshield wipers before I could drive it on vacation.10.0 Wonderful

I had a reservation, but when I went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, I was told no cars were available. Also, the person helping us was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that my wife and I were asking her questions.8.4 Very good
