Nothing! Worst interaction I’ve ever had with ANY business! After 4 hours of waiting for a pickup, they brought me to a location that only had trucks and mini-vans available when my reservation was for a small economy car. Then they had the nerve to get upset with me for being mad! Nobody ever apologized!

Cons:

They could have been up front from the start and told me either that they didn’t have the type of car I reserved, or that they couldn’t provide pickup. Instead, they led me on a wild goose for 4 hours (!) and never delivered.

Our experience was exceptional. The price quote was spot on & the service provided was very customer experience oriented. Told them that Enterprise will certainly eon our radar for car rental(s) in the future.

Hour and a half wait. No instructions on where to go after check in. Charged $20 more than booking price (after tax and fees).

Vehicle was clean.

Cons:

Staff was not helpful in describing different types of insurance and felt pressured into buying insurance. Were charged extra to change the drop-off point to the Airport because our flight times were changed and we didn't have enough time to drop it off at our pick up location. Employee on the phone was also not very knowledgeable or helpful.

Pros:

Great car, great gas mileage. The man we rented from was very friendly, nice helpful, all around great guy.

Cons:

There was no windshield washer fluid and windows were not clean enough inside or out.

Pros:

Staff at the pick up was friendly, on the contrary at the drop off was tough and stiff and not customer oriented as a matter of fact he wasn’t to care about how customer feels. I think he never heard about customer satisfaction and wasn’t trained properly

Cons:

Nothing could be better except the staff at the drop off you can definitely have a better customer oriented who care about customer satisfaction and customer feelings

The service was fine. The free upgrade to a Ford Explorer was unexpected, but much enjoyed. A great vehicle! The whole process worked out very well.

Pros:

Ended up getting the car one a short notice and ended up with a great new car. Picked it up in Tempe and returned it the next day at the airport. Received prompt service at both locations. the car was very clean and drove very well

Cons:

The one day rental rate was a bit expensive

Pros:

Car was very clean when we picked it up. The employees were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Bonus points for letting us keep the rental for 3 extra hours at no charge. Would definitely recommend to others and use them personally again!

Great location to pick up a car that is not at the airport. Friendly staff. Had to wait to long in a line of only 3 people. The employee redeemed himself with me by offering to just take the keys and email the receipt before helping the next customer. That was helpful and attentive to my needs. It was definitely a good fit for someone who needs a car in Phoenix and does not need an airport rental.

I rented the car via kayak with NU car, but they walked me over to dollar, then when I dropped it off at nu car at 3am in the morning, they said they couldn’t process me because I rented the car from dollar, still have yet to receive an email receipt, not happy at all about the overall experience.

NU over charged me and said they would fix it when i returned the car. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one, said it would be emailed but i never got it. They owe me $40.82. when i called, the phone rang and rang. There is no email address, no other way of contacting them.

They completely overcharged with hidden fees with no explanation or receipt. Just charged more then $400 ok my credit card after I paid in advance the rental car fees.

It was really hard to find the shuttle driver and when we did it took us to a sketchy feeling part of town took us into a warehouse and had us talk with a representative with a very heavy accent over a computer screen. We were not told where to bring the car back - turns out we had to find the sketchy warehouse back and they could not take us back to our hotel even though it was closer than the airport.
