I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

It is better at the jfk than my home country. It was very easy and everything was on time.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

This aircraft is not up to standard - old Airbus with terrible chairs and entertainment system for business class!

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sitting in front of us, we noticed from her conversations we witnessed with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business class. She was sat in 16A. Firstly she was talking loudly the majority of the flight with two other men, one of which was leaning over the seat in front of her. This was disturbing as they were talking loudly and we were not able to sleep. The 12 hour long flight turned into a nightmare, even the noise cancellation didn’t work for their chatter. Secondly she requested extra meals from the crew for her male friends. We believe the meals came from business class. They also took their e-cigarettes out and were caught the cabin crew, but no further action was taken. Sitting in economy and seeing this is extremely disheartening. Next time I will book Emirites, I don’t think their staff would be allowed to behave like this.

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

the head jack on my seat didn't work and the power outlet didn't work for my seat

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

For a 22 minute flight all you expect is for it to be safe and comfortable

Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.

Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!

I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water.

An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

Both flights were delayed. I lost my connection on the way back. No voucher or anything was givenx I had business ticket and no support to make it on time. I got to the door running 5 min after they close. Food really bad. Breakfast in business was worst that I what I remember in economy. Even though I have accumulated many miles, I don’t think Inwill keep buying Iberia. I am a frequent business traveler.

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.

Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!
