It was all good until they had a mishandling issue with a couple of our bags but overall it was fine and we got the bags eventually

Loved the airport. The announcements for boarding were too loud & echoing in the large waiting area, so hard to follow. Other than that, we had a great experience.

First time traveling with them and they were great leaving on time arriving on time very clean planes 😊

The airline itself was extremely comfortable and the staff were wonderful. The communication was excellent amongst the pilots and flight attendants and the passengers. I was throughly impressed by the cleaning crew that came on the plane immediately to ready it for the next flight. I have flown a bunch of times post Covid pandemic and have never seen this! I gave the “okay” rating for the food and entertainment because I didn’t order food and there wasn’t entertainment offered through the plane (only your personal devices).

The flight both ways was pleasant and uneventful. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and overall very helpful.

Offer snacks/meals for people with food sensitivities. HAVE TV SCREENS!

The flight itself went well, except it left 1.5 hours late, and about 10 of us missed our Alaska Airlines connection by minutes; they wouldn't hold the plane, even though our arrival delay was caused by Alaska. No gluten-free options among the snacks; you had to order meals separately, but there was no consideration for food sensitivities. NO TELEVISION on a flight from Washington, DC to Seattle or from Seattle to Anchorage. I didn't know that ANY airlines offering cross-country flights didn't have screens for entertainment. This alone is a "never again" for me.

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.

Flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the catering truck, which is quite unacceptable. There was a beverage service, but no pretzel, or cookie, or nuts were served in coach.

Not worth the price of premium class ticket paid, felt more like steerage.

Flighty delayed on boarding - then group 1 had to check their carry on bags but groups 3 and beyond could carry bags on - very inconvenient for weekend business trip with no checked baggage. Then delayed on the runway - before take off. No communication from pilot on why or how long. Wifi/Entertainment didn't work for 4+ flight. Upon arrival, attendants announced wrong carousel for baggage claim - everyone was waiting at the wrong place for their checked bags. This was a mess united!

I had a great flight. Everything went smoothly and the flight arrived early.

The flight and boarding were easy peasy. I was traveling with my 4-year-old, so a smooth boarding experience was especially appreciated. My only piece of feedback is really about where our gate was in O'Hare. They've shoved four gates into a tiny corner of the B terminal and there isn't early enough room or seating for everyone. Not United's problem, but did dent the overall experience.

Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.

There was no screens on board AND the WiFi didn’t work. My seat was broken and couldn’t recline so I couldn’t even sleep. The flight attendants didn’t offer anything to make it more comfortable. It was such an old cramped plane, when the person in front of me reclined I couldn’t even open my tray table. All the United ads talk about guaranteeing everyone gets a screen!

The Wi-Fi was unavailable on this flight for some reason.

On time take off…US cabins look tired and need of refresh!

Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.

They were flexible and let my daughter and I sit in the back of the plane.

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.

Airlines should have to add their fees to their fares

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

Sun country Wi-Fi was not working. Flight was overbooked by two people. Had to pay extra for carryons day before flight and I don’t like hidden fees like that.

WiFi did not work. Woman flight attendant in the rear of the plane was moody.

Flight delayed over 3 hrs due to unexplained issue. No text message to notify.

Well we did not realize at first it was a ground transfer, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Our driver was awesome and the ride was wonderful. A bathroom on board would have been nice, but at least we were warned that there wasn't one so we went ahead of time.

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.
