We enjoyed that we boarded and took off on time. We didn’t like that our connection flight was a twenty minute walk through the airport with only one hour in between flights.

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

It was your usual flight. Nothing exemplary. Due to turbulance, the drinks were served 20 min before landing. Meh.

I'm a person with a visual disability and I felt safe traveling on United Airlines. The flight attendants were very attentive and checked in on me to make sure that i was accommodated well. I had a connecting flight in Chicago and I liked the ease of boarding on and off the plane. There was no issues at all. I'm very pleased with my flight experience.

Just a crappy airline. The same every time. You feel you are a cow on a farm. You are being being whipped and pulled.

Overall good experience. The positive: nice courteous crew. A modern aircraft, with extra space for carry on luggage. The okeish: Unfortunately, no entertainment screens, you have to you use your phone with the United App. The bad: in seat power was not working in our row, even it was promised as an onboard service. We were looking to charge our almost depleted phone batteries during g the flight This no power also happened in the flight to las Vegas. We paid extra to be in seats closer to the entrance. It was not advised that the seats we selected couldn't recline as behind us was was the emergency exit.

The Flight was good, pilot seemed very skillful. My wheel chair sister who could barely walk was allotted the second last seat in the aircraft, with great difficulty she managed to reach on her seat, as she required attendance we were given separate seat, even on request no one cared, so much so there were single passengers who were given twin seats. May not be taken as complaint but a reminder to the checkin staff to keep in mind in future the allottment of wheel chair passengers seats.

Other than a late takeoff (not British Airways fault) and some delays with baggage, it was a terrific flight. The crew in business class was superb and the seat and accommodations clean and modern. Could not have asked for more.

Good food, prompt and timely flight, good on-board personnel

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

Original flight was cancelled - After waiting 2 hours for new take-off times. Then had to stand in line for 3 hours, ending at 2:30 am - to be told, " No hotel rooms anywhere in Dallas". No way for me to get any rest at DFW at that time of night.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine
