At check-in we were informed that data related to the bags we purchased through Kayak website didn't "follow" and we were requested to pay again for bags we had already booked online. The staff was extremely unhelpful, pretending that they "do not know Kayak and do not work with them". In the end we had to pay 50 € for one carry-on bag, which was something totally unheard of to me. We complained to Air Arabia at the arrival in Casablanca but hey did not follow up in any way. I recommend paying more and flying Royal Air Maroc to Morocco, where such things never happen.

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.
Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated
My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.
As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.
My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!
3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.
Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.
The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.
I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds
Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.
