landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.
Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa
As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.
Great crew. Very comfortable business seats with nice bedding. Good food. We were delayed to let late passengers on the flight, but otherwise great experience.
Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

I grand parents didn’t receive any special treatment they are seniors even i ask for wheelchair
Flight was changed last min. Had a screaming infant a row in front of me and a parent who did nothing to calm the child.
Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.
I guess the weather in the UK , but no one has any control over that , was missing a blanket for my knee on the plane though..
My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.
The flights was good, but could have more option to buy foods with it being a three and a half hours flights

The flight was fine. The itinerary change from original booking was not good. We were originally leaving at 12:50 pm. The change to 8:29pm put us getting home in the early morning hours the next day. Then having to wait over an hour on the ground for a parking place to get off the plane was exhausting.
The crew was courteous and are very well prepared for the job.
Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.
Didn’t make the connecting flight due to a delay on our first flight.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.
They're terrible. 3 to 4 hours delayed. Also they don't even offer you water in the flight. You have to purchase everything. The seats are so uncomfortable. Never again will flight with them.

Would not change a thing, NA on food And entertainment for this flight. I will be Back to fly again with you.
