My flight delayed and i misss the connection they send me to orlando no to tampa i have to pay a uber to my house
It would have been better if they don't separate families in seating. We were seated in the aile row in the middle of a family of four. It would have been better if they they seat the family of four together than separated.
I upgraded myself to Business Class at the last minute so I had a DREAMS window seat. Seeing as I've never flown Business before everything was novel and fun for me and it made the 7 hour flight much more enjoyable for sure.
No headphones given for inflight entertainment. I missed my flight from the previous day and the customer service agent tried to extort an additional $100.00 US from me for missing my flight. Really?!
The flight was delayed about 4 hours without any explanation. No wifi or entertainment at all on planes. Had to pay for checked bags I was allowed according to reservations.
It was good, plane is a bit older so seats are somewhat flat

Copa stranded us ans then tried to charge us thousands to leave Panama.
Well the airline was fine. The only thing is I was charged for a checked in luggage. But when I reserved the ticket it showed a check in bag allowed. Who can I get in contact with for reimbursement.? The airline said I had to speak to whoever I booked ticket with.

My experience with Spirit went pretty much as expected. It's a no frills airline, and you get what you pay for. I don't require much, so I was grateful to have an inexpensive way to travel. It is sad to me that the gate agents and flight crew don't smile much or seem very friendly or helpful. They are competent and efficient, and that's really all I need.
As my first time on Spirit, I thought that it was good.
My flight was good from my wheelchair assist to the plan & my exit.
It was smooth and easy. The only real negative was it took over an hour to get our luggage after the flight
Most uncomfortable seating I have ever experienced. And they do not provide any beverage unless purchased. Water was 4.59 a bottle. Same for a soda. A cup of water should be free. I will never fly Spirit again.
The plane flew smoothly and the crew was polite and kind. We loved our flight!
I very late and supose be in home at 12 pm from yesterday but I stiill in detroi airport
Try bad experience. The flight took off leaving behind everyone’s baggage and to top it off the captain nor the crew bothered letting anyone know about this and instead asked us that the baggage can be claimed from carousel 13 when the flight didn’t have even a single baggage. Furthermore they let everyone stand around the carousel for 1 hour to finally let people know that no baggage were loaded onto the flight.
I thought since I upgraded my seat I would get some perks. Free water, free snacks. Free carry on luggage.
Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water
