Nothing. This hotel took my money. Charged me twice for my room and refuses to return my money. Manger speaks no English and is never in to speak of. Will no return a phone call.
This hotel took my money and refuses to return it. Charged my twice for a room that was not clean. Front office workers are in helpful and unwilling to help with their mistake. Took photocopies of my debit card and still won't refund my money!!!
Everything, The lady who owns or runs it was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She should find another line of work. I have never been treated like this by any motel Mgr/Owner/Employee
Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. The only problem I encountered on my entire stay was a problem with my hotel key, which was quickly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.
My sister & I stayed 1 night in May 2010! This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I guaranteed the reservation but if I wanted to cancel it had to be 24 hours prior to our arrival or my credit card would be charged for one night. Now I see why! If not for that we would have left and not stayed there after seeing the room. The sheets were all stained, the walls were recently painted, but they had painted over the dirt and cobwebs. We saw several roaches run across the room. The carpet was dirty! We had lysol spray and wipes with us and we sprayed down everything and wiped all the surfaces we could. There was not a hairdryer, but was supposed to be. Told the manager and the one he brought us was so filthy neither of us even wanted to touch it. We slept in our clothes, did not use the filthy shower and we left before the sun even thought about coming up. We took all the luggage and our ice chest out of the car and had it all jammed in front of the door so no one could get in. This place is so close to the freeway that you year trucks all night long. This was not one of 'America's best values'. The managers that we met were very nice, but that wasn't enough to ever make me want to stay here ever again!
I was in town visiting family the staff here is nice and friendly the room was very clean and the price was great
