Pros:We dropped off in Traverse City
Cons:Your computer a don't update changes.
Cons:The vehicle was filthy - coffee spilled in the cup holder and on the seats. Clearly the vehicle hadn't been washed on the inside or the outside. Also, there was only a single type of car and no American cars in the category.
Pros:Price point was good
Cons:Took a while to get through the process at the counter and I was given a car that wasn’t clean. Covered in road salt couldn’t even see out the windshield.
Pros:Super price and a really nice lmpala. It was only for a one day trip from miching to Florida but a excellent trip.
Pros:The speed of getting through the counter work and they did not require me to fill the tank on arrival to AZO. Thank you Alamo!

Cons:I requested an 8 passenger vehicle & received a 7 passenger vehicle. Not comfortable.
Pros:The employee that was working the Alamo desk at GRR was super friendly, I was in and out of there in maybe 10 minutes. Car was easy to find, felt like it was a brand new car. I really enjoyed that it had satellite radio.
Cons:My car was "equipped" with Wi-Fi, I wish I would have been able to connect to it, that would have been a nice bonus.
