Cons:Ease of picking up the car
Cons:The overall experience was good. They charged slightly more than the booked price. I did a better car but normally, unrequested upgrades don't cost more.
Pros:Easy to book.
Cons:I arrived in Greensboro and tried picking up my rental car, but I don’t turn 21 til July 6th and I already paid the fee for the car but they wouldn’t let me take it. So I had to go to Hertz agency and pay $800 for a Kia rental, when I was paying $180 for a convertible Ford Mustang. I didn’t receive a refund for the money I spent on booking my first rental car either. I’ve had friends get away with getting a rental car before at a younger age, and I’ve had one twice, this was the first time I was denied a rental car and I was only THREE days away from turning 21...

Pros:The car was within walking distance of the terminal, overall process was quick, staff was polite. Loved it!

Cons:They were supposed to open at 06:30, The one and only employee wandered in @06:52 took him till 7:00 to start addressing customers. It took till 7:34 to get vehicle. I checked with Alamo one prior to ensure vehicle would be on site as I had very tight schedule. Will not recommend, nor rent from them.
Pros:Friendly but rushed.
Cons:Only one person covering three rental companies at airport. She was quite hurried. We ended up with very uncomfortable vehicle. Chose standard size car ended up with VW Gulf but felt like we were driving a golf cart all weekend.
Pros:Great staff at pick up. So quick! Super easy drop off!
Pros:Great gas mileage with enough room for extra large suitcase and shipping crates. The price was right with no hassles of any kind.
Cons:The controls for the horn, wind shield wipers, etc. were too easy to accidentally press and the remotes for the doors were frustrating as sometimes they worked; sometimes they did not.
Pros:The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and professional!
Cons:The vehicle was absolutely filthy with stains, cigarette burns (in every seat and lining area)and mud/sludge in the truck bed.
