Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons:I think you should not take 960 usd as a deposit o. This date, and 260 usd last September, that's what I don't like. Thank you

Cons:The rental reservation was performed through carrentals.com. This Alamo had no records of the reservation. All of it ended well because they honored the agreement after seeing my receipt, but it could be a problem in other cases.
Pros:Staff were very friendly & helpful. We especially enjoyed their humour!
Cons:We had to get a tyre fixed, & providing the exact location in a quite remote mountain area, with patchy mobile coverage could have been a problem for us. Luckily we had a local friend who helped us out. It would have been much easier if the car had a spare wheel. There was no way we could carry on to the next village on the flat tyre, & we could have been stranded on the mountain road, in the middle of winter. That worried me a lot.
